Best light for my plants?
Okay so my plants are currently on plant stands, on the south-west wall facing the south direct lighting. A few feet from window. Some plants need indirect light, and some i have seeds waiting to sprout. These r what i got:
- money gree
- rex bognolia
- coleus flower (small seedlings)
- rosemary
- aloe vera
- wildflowers (just green stems)
- Spider plant
- scallions
- a butterwart on the verge of death?
- tiny coleus in small pot testing if will bloom
- three teraccotta planters for cayenne pepper, jalapeño pepper, and tomatoes
- a tin of cherry tomatoes
Attached is the set up, does anyone know the best placement? So like rosemary closer to the window and on top for more sun and the seeds hidden more in the dark till they sprout?? I also have cats so aloe vera cant go on the bottom it should be higher up so they dont get to it.
Im also not sure how close the grow lights should be to each plant? Or which ones even need it at allâŠ

NO WAY!
I couldnât understand why my Ivy wouldnât root! I had to throw away five other clippings because they rotted and never rooted, and I had no hope that this little guy would root. More than three weeks laterâŠ

My kentia palm is looking good, any tips or anything better I can do?

I chopped my monstera because the leaves were going in opposite directions after I moved and he adapted to his new spot.
Where will the new leaf come out of my main plant? The nodes below are both long aerial roots that stretch into the soil.

I am adopting a kitten and I have a lot of toxic plants (pothos, philodendron, monstera, peace lily, croton, dracaena, ZZ). Anyone has any tips on how to keep the kitten away? I really donât want to buy a giant glass cabinet. I like how my house looks with all my plants in different places

Pls help!! I took home this homalomena about two weeks ago. I realize all the other leaves are white and my one green leaf is going to be fighting for them all. The soil has stayed wet/moist until around today, itâs slightly damp about maybe two inches down. It had a little bit of a smell a day or two ago but now it does not. I understand the plant may be in shock from transporting, but I really love this plant (not to mention expensive) and whatever I can do, please let me know!! Right now itâs about a foot from my barrina t10 vertical light and by my west facing window. Can I water it? Any advice is appreciated, thank you đ

please give me all the advice you have for figs! I have had 3 new leaves however those have fallen off over the last week & now the big 3 leaves it came with have also wilted & fallen off overnight
*it is in a "death" spongy plug since it is a nursery plant.

Hello everyone. I live in Winnipeg Manitoba and the cool nights are setting in. I have a large Roma tomato plant that has produced fantastic fruit all season long. Iâve still got well over a dozen green tomatoes on the vine that havenât started to blush yet and we had frost the other night. Not sure what to do. Will they survive out there and keep ripening? If I bring them in will they ripen in the window, or are they garbage? Any suggestions? Thanks

Iâm FREAKING OUT one of my local plant stores that I havenât known to have a very good houseplant collection has THESE. A huge Philodendron Billietiae and a mix with a philodendron pink princess, white princess, and ring of fire in it. And they were so cheap, the mix was only $40 with a discount and the bill was only $30. I snatched these up so fast.

This is Rana, my newest Cebu Blue I got from a friend for my birthday a couple weeks ago!
I think she is, what is called, "very leggy." She's under a growlight now and was just watered, but I was wondering if anyone had any advice for what I should or could do about her barren vines? Should I propogate her or just prune her back a little? Should I wait to deal with it until spring/warmer months, or does that matter? She's a dreamie of mine so I want to give her the best care. I appreciate any help đ«¶

I canât tell if these are sunspots or just part of my plants patterning. Thoughts? Iâm specifically talking about the long big one on the top leaf. Itâs lighter than the rest of the patterning.
