What’s wrong?!!
My Hoya plant has these yellow spots on a few leaves. The plant is healthy with new growth. Any idea?
My string of Turtles has been flowering for a while, overall seems healthy, growing new “shells” But should they be so plump? Too much water? Not enough water? Just more mature ones?
trying out different moss poles, hoping for larger leaves 🤞🏼🥹
Can anyone tell me what these are? Gnats? My plants look healthy and I’ve not had anything like this before.
Hey, y’all. Quick question. Is it safe to use Castile soap on peperomia plants, specifically their leaves? I recently made a mix of water, neem oil, and Castile soap to wipe the leaves of my ficus elastica plants, but I’m new to wiping my plants down, so I wanted to double check. TIA! (And if it isn’t safe, does anyone have any peperomia-safe options for getting rid of water stains from their leaves? I’ve got one peperomia in particular that arrived with them)
Scindapsus ‘Mayari’. These can have a lot of variations in color from dark green with silver/bluish highlights to light lime green leaves. Variegation can change leaf to leaf with half moons and the occasional full moon. I grew these all from cuttings and have a bunch more in the prop box. Time to downsize soon! 😆
Can someone help me with my plant ive been watering and it gets enough indirect sunlight.
What is this plant?! The app is saying Arrowhead but I can’t find any photos that resemble this or with such a massive aerial root system!
I have a question (newbie here)… are there different grow lights for different plants or are all the grow lights the same? Sorry if this is a dumb question. I have just started getting into plants and I want to take in as much as I can.
could anyone help me identify this plant? thanks so much!!
And while I’m at it😉I just need to brag about my strawberry plant. I bought it 2 summers ago and it was at a discount price cuz my girl was looking ick🤢But I managed to keep her alive for 2 years now and this summer she’s been thriving! I’m hoping to keep her happy thru another Nebraska winter so does anyone have suggestions? Last winter i thought she wasn’t gonna make it but this year I am prepared with grow lights cuz this dum dum HAS NEVER USED THEM🙀🤯
Hello plant lovers! I finally found out what kind of plant this is, and I’ve had it for 4 years now🤦🏻♀️ According to this app, it’s an Artillery Plant! I keep it outside all spring and summer then bring indoors for the Nebraska winter. Any other suggestions to keep it going? I have noticed it’s not super dark green like the Planta app’s photo. Maybe too much water?? Thanks for any help!! Oh also! The little brown specks I believe are just old growth???
Getting the winter greenhouse ready! Waiting on the heating mat but seems like the greenhouse is holding humidity better than I expected. Got a test plant in there to see how it does over the next month.
My local 🎯Target started selling a decent amount of small and medium-sized plants and I have so many questions. When's the last time any of these were watered? Why do half of them look near dead? Who's taking care of them? Are they a certified horticulturalist? Yes I want to rescue them all 😂 bought two lil 5in guys for $5 each. Soil was hard as a rock. Literally. Had to rip apart chunks of compacted soil that just wouldn't absorb water anymore. #SaveNeglectedPlantBabies 😭
Visiting family in Minnesota and wanted to share my nephew’s hydrangeas
So happy with my new Hoya Krimson Queen :)
My Peruvian old man cactus is not growing. Like at all. 🤦🏻♀️ In 2 years I feel like he may have gotten a teeny bit of girth on him, but no height. Is my pot too big? When I repotted last month, his roots were about 3/4” from the bottom. Would he prefer a tighter pot? I live in an arid climate and he is under grow lights for full sun exposure. It adjusts for sunrise/sunset every day so it mimics the seasons. I don’t over-love him and he’s plenty dry when I water. I planted in cactus succulent/ soil with extra perlite for drainage. I fertilize according to schedule with succulent fertilizer. He looks healthy so I’m truly hoping I haven’t been loving on a dead cactus for 2 years. He’s just.. shunted.
Hi guys. I’m kinda new to plants. I just want to make sure that this is right.🤍🪴
