Hi all! I just bought a little umbrella plant and it’s in need of a repotting. It has roots coming out of the drainage holes, but I’m not sure if it would be too stressed since it’s winter here. Do I wait until the Spring to repot or do it now?

My asplenium has been doing it’s own thing since I got it and today I thought I’d actually take it out the pot to take a look. I had to wrestle it out of the pot and when it came out this is what it looks like. I don’t have any other fern type plants so want some help! I’ve never had a root bound plant before, this one is entirely encased by it’s brown roots so can someone tell me is this root bound? I am going to repot it, any advice on whether I should loosen up the roots (if it’s possible) or just size it up and leave the current shape as it is?

I have this very large satin pothos sharing a pot with a pothos n joy and they are doing great. The only thing is after 1 month a growth my santon pothos grew 2 feet and is now touching the ground. I want to chop the new growth off and propagate it so it looks even with my pothos n joy. I really don’t want my cuttings or mother plant to die what is the best way to propagate and feel to share any tips!
This is my fiddleleaf fig I found on the side of the road. In the beginning I put it outside and it grew 6 new leaves then all of a sudden they died off and it went back to being sticks. I decided to chop the stems off and move it indoors to a sunny spot. Do you guys think this plant has hope and any tips to getting it to grow again?
My red banana tree had a BABYYYYYYYY!!! She got rid of a few leaves over the past few weeks, does need a bit of trim work. But the shock when I walked in and saw that bright little pup…. Made my entire week!
Any idea what would cause these brown spots on my arrowhead plant? It’s putting out some new leaves that are pretty nice, so it seems to be healthy in that way. It tends to hold moisture, so it might be a water issue…I need help 🙈
Are these roots coming out of my golden crocodile philodendron? All my other leaves that grew didn’t have these so should I be concerned? And how do I care for it like that 🙃
I have a money tree that’s THRIVING (see the growth over the past couple of months). It seems happy and I want it to continue growing and getting big. Is it time to repot? It’s still producing new leaves. When should I repot into a larger pot?
