hello plant community! i wanted to share with you my first ever potted water propagation that i have received from my group home that i work at. i’ve had these cuttings for months and decided it was finally time to pot them up. i couldn’t be more proud of how much they have grown and how beautiful and full the plant looks. i cannot wait to see what my soil mix can do for it 💚🌱

Pruning asparagus fern: any recommendations? I want it to not put too much energy in getting too tall too quickly

I have some very basic grow bulbs in lights above some shelves in my house. Should I invest in different bulbs for plants such as pothos, ZZplants, philodendrons and a ponytail palm? I think I have full spectrum LED’s.

My pink princess philodendron is just growing and glowing!!! 😍🤌🏼🌸🪴 I had her under a grow light but have moved her in front of the window so hopefully she likes it there! 🫠💕

Case of the Mondays… we’ve all been there. Show us your most dramatic leaf drop or plant tantrum the one that makes you sigh and laugh at the same time. I moved my ficus to a brighter spot a few weeks ago, and it was not happy about that 😅 It lost a lot of leaves! I see a haircut in it’s future 🤣

So this is my Alocasia Fry Fry as I call her 😩 as you can see she is looking loopy. For first time ever she got spider mites and I got rid of it (so I thought) is this the end of her ? Her color isn’t as vibrant and she barely stands. Does anyone know what can be done? or why she just completely faded. I don’t change her routine there she loved just put her solo to not spread

i’ve heard that using a 20-20-20 fertilizer is good to get multiple leaves out of an alocasia frydek variegata, so i was wondering what the best 20-20-20 fertilizer is for that alocasia. also, any tips on how often to use it and when? thanks gang (my alocasia has two rather large leaves out that are perky and completely healthy, one is half white if that matters. one leaf is droopy and probably ready to drop soon. it gets a good amount of sunlight.) (also ignore the algae in the water, i changed it out after i took the photo)

This is what noticed more on my plants are they a kind of spidermite? There are also lines where something has been munching and places where it’s is like lines where is didn’t eat through maybe but that line is dead. After cleaning the leaves I found even more damage and possible pests popping up. I will continue to clean every few days but any other tips or homemade products?
