When plants need distilled water and not tap, would it be alright to use reverse osmosis? Ex. dragon tree and heart leaf philodendron.

I could not resist- Pink Princess on the %75 off clearance rack at Loweās! Broke my heart to leave 2 behind.. much worse shape but for $4.00 Iāll be going back. I love this kind of challenge and I want to do right. I am thinking repot with better soil mix, but am I actually looking at double plants in each pot here, or treat them as one? I will start them on support steaks when able, and theyāll be coming indoors for winter- grow lights are already here and waiting. I canāt wait to see how these grow- very excitedš„° Any suggestions welcome!
We got a new plant shelf today for this corner of the room, loving the vibes but now I need more plants.. any suggestions? Ive been successful with climbing and trailing plants, as well as other beginner level plants. Trying to find things that wont grow too tall for underneath the shelfs

Hi all! Iām kind of a new plant parent to be. Iāve had plants before but I have a brown thumb, sad to admit. I think the only plant that survived in my house was an ivy and that was like 20 years ago. Anyway, my son is the green thumb person in the house and both of us want to add plants in the house which heās promised to be the one to care for them all. We have 3 cats so of course weāre looking to get nontoxic plants for the house. One of our problems is natural lighting. The living room, kitchen and my sonās room all get some natural lighting. My room has ZERO windows but I still want something in my room except I donāt want to have to invest in expensive artificial lights. Can anyone suggest a plant that might survive in a windowless room thatās also pet safe? Thanks in advance
Hello!! Back again with another plant I donāt know how to care for can anyone tell me what it is and what it likes!? I think sheās an alocasia and Iāve never had one before. Please help!!!

Jade Money Maker Brown Leaves Hi, small issue right now but Iām just wondering why this Jade is developing some browning on leaves lower on the stem? Itās been solid all summer, same spot in a south facing window. My best guess is either possible over-watering or it needs to be re-potted. Any other thoughts would be appreciated!
It is rare for marantas/prayer plants to bloom indoors, they need IDEAL conditions for that. This is mine today. I am so excited š!
Heyy Iām new here and to the plant life or at least the (real ones) lol š I love plants theyāre literally everywhere in my house as decor, but these are my first real indoor plants. i decided to run an experiment on the best set up after propagation. so thereās the soil pot (Gwen) and the perlite/water pot (Myles). both were the same size when i started and both got the same amount of lighting conditions. Gwen in the soil is healthy but slow growing. (iām aware thereās no drainage holes in the glass but i can see everything thatās going on inside so itās easy to monitor. no root rot here !!) Myles in the perlite and water grew significantly faster. roots and leaves ! long story short, i will be doing hydroponics after propagation for my spider plants teehee
