Hereâs a little update on the loquat seeds I germinated from a neighborhood tree, at least half of them seem to be doing really well. Will definitely take this bunch that I have jammed together apart very soon! If anyone has any experience with this plant any advice or tips would be great! I went on a trip recently and came back to find this leaf with what looks like slight variegation? this leaf was closest to the window (west facing), Iâd love to know if this was something caused by light or genuine variegation!
Myth-busting Monday! What is a myth you believed when you first became a plant parent?
Iâm in the Atlanta area and just picked this up at Trader Joeâs. I have unalived several of these in the past. Please advise how to keep alive without brown leaf tips. It was in a 3 in pot, I took it out to water (bone dry) and there was very little soil..all big fat juicy roots, itâs in a 5in pot in potting soil mixed with perlite, coir and orchid bark

Hi friends! I have a question about companion planting. Iâm repotting a large Christmas cactus into a pretty new pot, and to give it more visual interest, Iâd like to underplant with a few different species. What types of plants would you recommend to pot with a Christmas cactus? Other jungle cacti? Hoya? Lipstick plant? Pothos goes with everything⊠scindapsus? Bonus too if youâve potted a Christmas cactus with another species and can tell me about your experience! âșïž
New shoot? I have this growing out of my dieffenbachia pot. Iâve had my plant for about 4.5 years. Itâs about 7 feet tall now. But Iâve never had one of these growing out of the pot lol.

What are your recommendations for helping plants climb? I have a monstera and a pink princess I want to get climbing, but Iâm trying to figure out how I want to do it. What do you use and what are the pros and cons. Iâm trying to make an informed choice before I buy anything. Itâs my first time installing anything for a climbing plant.
I need an explanation my jade plant has been with me for so many years and itâs grown so big but now I have a problem I checked its roots recently and it doesnât really have any roots what makes no sense since itâs perfectly thriving
Hello, would anyone know why my string of hearts keeps dropping leaves and die, but also growing new strings at the same time?? She was super long last year, lost all the leaves so only strings were left. I cut them off, and when I thought she was completely dead, new strings appeared. But now itâs happening again đą She gets plenty of indirect daylight, and I tend to not overwater it⊠Thanks!

I just lost my precious momma last month and this was her favorite plant. So I just joined today to learn about it and do everything I can to keep it alive. I just learned itâs a snake plant.
This is the first time Iâve gotten it to flower!
