How can I get my lavender plant to produce more flowers? Thanks in advance!
First leaf growing! I’m happy I haven’t killed this yet hahah
Looking for suggestions for a plant to suit this spot in my guest toilet (powder room): - small north-facing window (and I live in a Northern European country), so it gets light but not much direct sun (it is nighttime in the photo) - window ledge space is only 40 cm high (15,5”) - width and depth are about 50 cm (20”) So the plant can spread out (but not hang), just can’t grow very tall. It stays reasonably warm year round in this bathroom, but not much extra humidity as no bath/shower, and even the sink isn’t used a whole lot. I was successful with a fern, but it got too tall. Not successful with coleus. Recommendations?
My purple sweet potato is flowering.
Hello! I have this cute little guy and every time a new leaf starts to grow one of the older ones near the bottom turn yellow and dies. Is that normal? I’d assume so but I’m not the most knowledgeable
Why is this Caladium unhappy? It keeps losing the older leaves (they become droopy and then turn brown, some have brown edges first).
Update on my monstera albo cutting!!! After the long awaited new leaf on my monstera albo was ~95% white, I was really hoping for lots of green on the next one and WOW I am so happy with it. A nearly perfect half moon! Thanks to everyone who helped me get here!
What are the brown spots coming in?
Safe way to support this beauty? A year old, not sure if I should also transplant into this holding pot.? Thanks😊
My money plant is doing really well this summer. She is growing lots of new leaves right where the braid is tied. Should I cut the green string? Should I do anything about this lower growth?
Is this sunburn or maybe something else? This is the only leaf with these spots and it fell off but a couple other leaves have fallen too. They were yellowish so I’m assuming maybe just the natural course of the plant? One of the bottom leaves that’s still connected is yellowish too which makes me lean towards just natural? He has a new leaf also but there’s a little bit of brown on it and there was a little bit of brown on the pretty red jacket the new leaf was in as well. Seemed like maybe it was wearing the jacket for too long because it turned pinkish and then was like that for quite a while before it got the tiny bit of brown. He has a few other jackets that don’t have any brown on them. He also seemed to get more burgundyish over night so I’m leaning towards more light (it’s been sunny and hot) and so the variegation became more intense but then maybe too much light for that one leaf? Help please:) #New plant mom as you can tell lol
i think my plants deserve an award for adapting to very rare waterings and stuff. i applaud y’all. 🥹👏 here’s some of the many! :D
Am I the only one that cannot keep a Monstera alive for the life of me? 😅
Should i trim my Fiddle leaf fig? It’s about 7 feet tall. It looks healthy but it’s definitely a more vertical plant hehe
Hi everyone, I placed two of my peace lilies & my rubber tree outside. Do you guys think this will be good for them ? They are in the shaded areas of my balcony. Im trying to decorate my balcony with more plants and chat gpt said these were good to be outside. Please let me know, thanks in advance !!
is a grow light a good amount to substitute natural light for these?? i know that they are all high light, and i’m honestly a little skeptic about grow lights? it’s a sansi bulb
Bought these unpainted mushrooms to create plant/terrarium decorations. Pretty excited about how the first one came out.
My dog bumped into my pickle plant and accidentally broke a piece off. Is this worth saving? Can I stick back in the soil next to it? Do I have to take the leaves off to try to propagate them? Should I just toss it? 🤪
Can anyone please tell me what might be going on with my succulent? I thought when I bought her that these dark hard spots were from past damage or overwatering at the store, but now I’m a little paranoid that it might be pests. Is this normal for succulents? Any advice would be appreciated!
Hey Guys! Could really use some help figuring out what plant this is😅 I’ve tried searching it but the search images look nothing like the plant 🫣
