I was watering my snake plant and noticed this piece loose and it came right out of the dirt. It has no roots. It looks healthyâŠbut I am not quite sure what to do. I obviously know little about this plant. Not sure if I should stick it back in the dirt, prop it or throw it out. Help!!!

I need help:((((
I bought an elephant ear alocasia today from a box storeâŠ.. was BADLY root bound, I got all the roots free and repotted in a bigger pot with better soil and agitation for the rootsâŠ. However one of the leaves is pretty yellow and quite droopy with some dried out spots on the leaf, and the biggest leaf has a hole in the middle of it. That has also dried out a bit in spots, do I need to cut the leaves off the plant or cut the damaged part of the leaf off?? is there anything else I can do?

Heyy! I just got this panda plant and I put it in a panda pot! I dunked it in fertilizer water because I heard that reduces the trauma of switching pots but one leaf fell off so I put it in the soil in the pot to grow a new sprout. I was just wondering if thereâs a specific way to water it or anything I should be doing to keep my new baby healthy? (I painted the pot myself!)

This is my air plant Sully. It is tho only one I have managed to keep alive because my first one dried up and the second one blew away outside. I have actually witnessed my air plant growing. He lives in my room so he doesnât blow away like the last one.

Hi everyone!! Iâm a mother of 10 plant children and I am now on my third, yes THIRD, pilea. I love how chinese money plants look but for some reason I cannot for the life of me keep one alive.
I just recently got this one about a week and a half ago, watered her 3 or 4 days ago, & sheâs in moderate light. I noticed that some of the stems are brown(ing) and was wondering what that indicates? My first pilea was overwatered and dropped leaves at a crazy rate & my second one didnât indicate any signs of over or under watering but also dropped leaves until it was just a stub.
I want one of these guys to work out for me so badly but I desperately need tips!! Please helpđ

This spring, I finally planted my little perennial herb garden here in Scandinavia, roughly in zone 4. Itâs filled with thyme, lemon thyme, chives, lavender, rosemary, and oregano. Yesterday, I harvested a generous bunch to dry for winter cooking, tea, baths, and to fill the house with fragrance.

My zz plant has been doing great but recently its taller stems have started to lean.
I think they grew a bit too tall and I didnât rotate the pot enough but now they have a very big lean (almost 90°). I donât know what to do I rotated it so hopefully to will grow back right and supported it against the wall. I also recently repotted it into a chunky soil kid and the roots were very healthy.
Is this normal and is there any way to fix the lean with a trelice or something or should I just wait it out?
Thank you in advance!!!

Hi! I recently cleared all my progress fro each of my plants. I didnât know deleting a site would delete each plant from that site and now I lost all my progress pictures. Any suggestions or ideas to get it back?

hello !! i am relatively new to gardening. iâve begun my journey mainly with herbs, one of which is my spearmint. sheâs doing wonderfully (many new sprouts), but thereâs one thing iâve never seen before â it actually has tree-like branches and a hefty, woody stem.
so as a newbie i ask: is this normal? is it actually the bottom of my plant being dead? did i just go my whole life without knowing thatâs how spearmint grows? any explanation is appreciated greatlyyyy :)

Does anyone know what's wrong with my plant? It was thriving and flowering at least a month ago and now it's like greying and the leaves are slowly falling off

Wanted to show off this beautiful brand new leaf on my pride and joy: my rubber plant I propagated from a huge dying potted plant in an abandoned mall :)

Have you ever regretted giving away or selling a plant?
Iâm getting ready to do a big plant sale in two weeks (like a yard sale, but plants). I have a few plants Iâm on the fence about. Iâm afraid Iâll miss them when theyâre gone.
(The Sinningia, while pretty, is definitely going because Iâm allergic to it! đ)

Iâm new to planting and been given the ones I have as gifts, I have only watched YouTube to know what to do this far but I have no idea what Iâm doing.
This was a beautiful Peace Lily that had one flower, then it died off, I freaked and got sad cause I lived it but didnât know thatâs part of the cycle till I searched it. Anyways the bigger leaves turned brown, I removed them and was left with these smaller ones and little bundles Iâm hoping will get bigger. Any help given is greatly appreciated.

It was a gift I got 2years ago and moved it from outside to indoors in March 2025. The peddles started to shrivel and fall off, now thereâs only 2 peddles, is it because I have it indoors? Idk. Iâd like it to bloom and be full again.

I have two different species of snake plants in the bottom right pot that was a gift and it has a new shoot coming out in the middle with a leaf thatâs turned a light yellow.
The top pot has no changes, it was one leaf, cut in half by my friends dad and given to me to try out and he put a jade peddle and small peace lily bundle in as well, I think itâs over crowded but thereâs no roots to any of them yet and itâs been a month having them. Any ideas or comments is welcomed.

i just rescued this friend from the grocery store and was wondering if she needed to be repotted, or just left alone for a little bit?
the soil is also bone dry so i will be giving her a little water, but i wanted to wait and see if she needed to be repotted first. thanks! :)

Can anyone tell me what to do about the âleggynessâ of my rubber plant? She was in too cold of an environment and dropped bottom leaves. Shes okay now, 5+ new leaves being outside in 80-90 degree weather. Just not sure how to make her look full again.

Whatâs the best essential oils for keeping little bugs away? I have some bites on a few of my plants. I live in a forest area in the redwoods so I know itâs inevitable to happen. I use some neem oil mix currently but any tips or others that work better? Thanks in advance đ€đ„°
