Noticed this on my wax plant and is now getting worse. Repotted about 3 weeks ago because it was ready for more space. Are they bugs or mold? Or something else? I have it quarantined regardless, just want to know what it is so I can start treating. Help!!!

Does anyone have a good fertilizer they recommend that’s safe for most-all plants?

My sister split her Peace Lily and gave me part in May of this year. It seems to be doing well after being repotted but the leaves are very droopy. Is there something I can do to perk them up, or is this normal?

Hello, my string of hearts is getting very tangled and long. Is there any way to get more volume at the top and for it to be less long? Any tips appreciated 🙂

Hello, this is my Chinese money plant, I’ve just noticed these lil dots that kinda look like they’re in a plant cell? Weird. Lmk 🙂

Snake plant lighting question…which of these 3 options is best? They’re my only 3 options for my house layout: 1) directly in an East facing window 2) directly in a South/South East facing window that gets bright indirect light 3) under grow lights about 10 feet from a window

I have a large octopus/umbrella tree I just got and I can’t seem to get a hang of watering it ! I am watering from the top, I used 2 watering cans filled with water. Water was running out the bottom. I had a moisture reader in and it still said the soil was dry, hovering to moist, back to dry. I placed my finger in the soil this morning and it felt dry! Despite the two big cans of water and water running out. Some leafs are turning yellow too! Any suggestions ? Should I try bottom watering in the tub ? Or is it too large ? Thanks !

⭐️Alocasia experts⭐️: anyone know the trick to not get one leave to die off as a new one grows? I have these in 80% humidity and it still seems to be happening🥹 I’m using pon as a substrate so they only get watered every 9 days or so…maybe that’s the problem?

My new kitten Nancy is so playful and when she notices the leaves of corn plant move she wants to eat them! I’ve been tryna figure out how to stop her because they’ll make her sick if she ingests them. Google says to try diluted white vinegar but I’m worried it’ll damage the leaves. I’ve already put black pepper over the soil of all my plants and that works but I don’t really want to have pepper all over the leaves too ahah. Anyone have any suggestions? 😫

Anyone have advice/experience on keeping small ferns alive indoors in CO? I struggle to keep ANY alive for long....button, autumn, birds nest, Boston, crocodile..etc. I do my best to follow tasks, keep soil damp, mist them, they have drainage...but they all seem to dry up bit by bit until there's nothing left. Is it just too dry here? Do I need to keep them in greenhouses? Not ready to give up on trying but I need help. Also struggling with keeping a medium palm in a corner of a dining room by a window & beardie terrarium. TIA!

I think she’s pretty well out of the woods now. I added it officially to the App. I cleaned the leaves with Neem, repotted and watered. I named her Mary. 😊🪴

Can you plant crocus stavius in the winter time indoor? I’m planning on having a set up in the garage with lights and and stuff and moving it inside during summer. Would this be a smart idea I live in Texas.

Any advice for a newbie plant owner of a palm plant. Had the palm plant for about 7 months. Went away for 2 weeks moved the plant to my back sliding door area less sunlight and had family water it once. When I came back 2 stalks were dried out. Moved it back to original spot seen below. Season has changed outside so much colder, but temp indoors has remained constant. Leaves on remaining stalks are continuing to dry out. Only have 3 stalks left. Any advice on saving this plant? I follow the water schedule on the app.

Any idea what’s wrong with my girl? She was fine when I left the office Wednesday. I came back Monday after Thanksgiving and she’s drooping 😭 she’s been in the same spot at my office since August. With the weather changing, does she need more sunlight? Help!
