My Gasteraloe isnât looking too happy lately and I could use some advice. The leaves are starting to get a brownish tint near the base, and a few tips are drying out.Could this be sun stress? I have kept it inside today. The right picture is when it looked fine and healthy.
Just got this plant yesterday! The app said it was an advanced plant. So Iâm hoping I can keep it alive!!! If you have any tips to keeping it happy and healthy Iâd love to know!
So I am new to plants. Like July of this year new lol anyways, I think I have a couple plants that may need repotting soon, and I am wondering about soil type because I have a variety of plant types. I know some plants like being root bound, some do not. My gold dust croton is in a 3in nursery pot. He has exploded in growth and Iâm having to do frequent watering as the soil is completely dry in about 3-4 days. Should it be repotted? Soil type? My galaxy false aralia is also thriving in its 3in nursery pot lol. Also have the same frequent watering. My other plants do not dry out as fast. Should this one be repotted? Soil type? Thank you!

Help! My adansonii is growing like crazy and the new leaves are perfect but the older leaves are getting brown tips. What is wrong???

I was given a Pink Quill for a Christmas present last year. She was in full beautiful bloom - gorgeous pink bracht and little purple flowers for a few weeks. She slowly died and I waited patiently for a pup as I was assured that is the norm for this Planta lifecycle. Eventually a pup started and has grown quite big. I was afraid to separate it from the old mother though and sheâs been growing nice. Now I noticed there are two smaller pups! How exciting. I feel like I should probably separate them though. Thoughts? Are the two little ones too small to survive on their own yet? Any one have experience separating them out? I canât even imagine figuring out the root situation.
My app tells me to winterize my caladium tomorrow and then water it on Wednesday. I donât understand. If I winterize it, why would I water it?đ«€ should I water it tomorrow and then winterize it Wednesday?
Sooo this is my first time actually getting into plants and I fear that I did not know we should not be planting directly in the potsâŠ. Should I replant all of the ones Iâve collected in clear plastic nursery pots or will I give them transplant shock? I donât know whatâs better because even though the pots have drainage they stay really moist for awhile⊠any advice would be great thanks!! I wanna do them right!!

My jade plant keeps dropping its leaves even though I thoroughly water it every few weeks. Itâs been in the same spot where itâs been thriving (till recently) since I got it. I also canât seem to get the leaves to grow roots/sprout. Any tips?
