Can anyone tell me what is going on with my snake plant. No pest, there is a plant light on it for about 12 hours and I use Planta and a chopstick for checking the chunky soil between watering. All the leaves were growing straight up until about a week ago. The edges are turning yellow on quite a few of them. And as you can see one of the larger leaves is splitting. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I just had to cut back my FLF so I’m hoping I can intervene sooner than later with this one.

So I’ve been on a repotting frenzy – probably repotted about 40 of my plants so far 😅 – but I wanted to pause for a sec and show some appreciation for my philo Strawberry Shake, “Berry.” Just repotted her, and she’s looking stunning!!! 😍
This one is splitting already too look at that little baby clone
Got her today. I have almost 30 monsteras now!
Me again…is there any way to encourage new leaf growth along the woody, leggy stems of my rubber tree plant? I’ve never tried cutting off the tips to propagate, but maybe I should?
Gorgeous
I know I’m doing something wrong…any tips? My goosefoot/arrowhead plant is super leggy and top heavy. I give the parts that tip over a chop and propagate them to fill it out a bit more, but they grow ever upwards. I’m scared to chop everything down to the soil for fear of shocking the plant.
I planted several seeds of Red Butterfly Wing a week or so ago and today two have germinated! So exciting I have to share - I’m including a photo - not mine - of a mature plant thanks to wiki. I’ve never seen one irl. Here’s hoping more will come up in the next few days!🤞
Welcome two newbies 🌱🪴 to the family! ♥️🌿
Show us your plant corner, shelf, windowsill, or full jungle takeover 😍
A success story in the making, my little ficus ginseng had a hard time adjusting to my home when she first arrived but with a little TLC she is doing so well 😌
Can someone tell me what type of Monstera this is please?
Okay I’m really wanting to up my houseplant game from a couple that I’ve been barely looking after to jungle. I’ve currently got two Peace Lilly’s and a Bird of Paradise doing really well!! I’m looking for recommendations for other houseplants I can get. I love plants with lots of leaves and for the moment not to hard to look after. My room where I’d be putting them gets tonnes of sunlight in the afternoon / sunset Side note I’d like a couple in my bathroom but my bathroom doesn’t have a window so doesn’t really have much natural light in there unless the doors open. Any recommendations for plants that would work in there would be great. Thanks :)
Hello I have a cinnamon tree that is 2 years old. recently leaves have been dropping and have brown spots does anyone know what this could be from? Other then that the plant is healthy and has lots of new growth🪴
Pink splash or lady valentine?? This is an older picture because she has recently been treated for thrips and has lost some pink on her leaves 😔
Had to share! My first time growing cantaloupes 🍈 let’s see how it taste
I gathered all the plants in one corner and put the new grow light I purchased yesterday. My living room has no sun coming through. All my plants are well even without the sun only had trouble with rubber plant. Is this grow light decent size for these many plants or should I get a different one? Thank you! ☺️
Does anyone know how to put an amaryllis into dormancy on the Planta app? I know how to put the plant itself downstairs to let it rest and recharge for the winter but in previous years I have just marked that my plant is dead when I put it into dormancy and then added a new plant when I bring it out. Thanks!! Becky
Serious case of mushrooms... with spores coming out the other side? Anyone know what to make of this? They started sprouting as soon as I repotted, and initially I was pulling them out but was told from friends they're actually a good sign. If the spores are threading out all the way through could it harm my baby money plant?
Hi! My monstera started growing a new leaf about 4 weeks ago, and for about 3 weeks, the leaf looks ready to unfurl, but it hasn’t. I’ve tried moving it to somewhere with more light and I’ve misted it to see if it could unstick itself but I’ve had no luck! Has anyone got any other advice on whether this is normal/how to help it along, as everything seems to say it would take up to 3 weeks but we are a little past that now and I’m worried!
