Does anyone know how to temporarily turn off progress reports? TIA!

Hi everybody! I apologize in advance for the possible long post but i was wondering if my plants would be okay in this north facing window on their plant stand on the left. they are a few feet away from the window. We moved recently and we only have north and south facing windows. the plants i have on there are - piccola banda - polka dot plant - golden pothos - peperomia raindrop thank you in advance :) edit: thanks everyone! i think i made a mistake buying the plant stand for the plants that i have currently 😭

Just got this humidifier for my fern, will it affect any of my other plants? I’m trying to aim the humidifier towards the fern but it’s hitting some of my other plants.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share my 5 year progress with a monstera that I rescued from my friend, she's been through a lot but with a lot of patience she's still here today!

I recently moved to a new house and am curious about the landscaping that was already here. Can someone tell me what this might be? A few weeks ago it was a dead patch of sticks, but I started watering it and it bloomed! 😊 It must be happy.

It’s hard to take a picture of my plants in their natural position because it’s so backlit. The clear pictures look like glamour shots and a little silly. Does anyone have any tips for taking pictures without making your plants POSE for them. Especially the issue of backlighting.

Just a newbie here to share a few of her plant babies! 🥹🪴🌿💕 This app is super helpful, I’ve already rearranged a few because some needed more light! 🙏🏼

What fertilizer do you guys use for your peperomia’s. I tried using the Arber 3-2-1 and a day later it is drooping I’m so sad I flushed the soil but this is one of my favorites and I want to get the best fertilizer for it! Lmk what any of you guys use?

I am about to move and need to cut back many of my plants to pack them in the car. My peperomia hope (grown out a lot since the photo) is growing amazingly and I don't want mess it up. Can I cut this one back and if so, will it produce more branches to make it bushier? Also can I propagate the cuttings?

What is the best way to cater to plants that are not getting enough light. I know growing lights are an option, but I really don’t wanna a bunch of grow lights just to have some greenery indoors. Do plants always need to be right next to a window?

My pothos plant started drooping a few days ago. I watered it 2 days ago and the soil is now completely dry down to the bottom of the pot. Any ideas on the cause?

I went back to Ott’s exotic plants today because I was nearby for PD. I am proud of myself because I managed to leave with only two plants, another bee balm for the side garden and an adorable Peperomia deppeana named Ana. I really wanted to get a Hoya australis Lisa that was gorgeous but I read that they are climbers and I just don’t have space for that. I feel it wouldn’t be fair to her to buy a climbing plant and not have room for her to climb. I still want to get a Peperomia caperata cayenne so maybe tomorrow. I added some pictures of other plants I had considered.
