hi! i’m house sitting for my friend right now and for some reason his ZZ plant is yellowing, but it’s only the leaves on one of the stems. he said he hasn’t been overwatering so i’m not rly sure what’s happening, so any suggestions are welcome!!

I have all my indoor and outdoor plants listed and have become very overwhelmed. I think bc of the outdoor ones. How do you keep up with water and fertilize? And what’s the best fertilizer for outdoor plants, trees and shrubs?

I wish we could upload videos. I just made my first reel unboxing a new cutie and I am so proud of it 🥰 Anyway, here’s the new baby! It is a pink variegated Bambino 🩷

What can I do to help this poor guy? I think I overwatered him originally. Not sure how to prune?

Could anyone tell me what this plant is please? I picked it up for £3. It’s super super tiny. I’d say 5cm!

I suppose this is a dumb question.... but.... do you always need to let a houseplant's soil dry out before watering it to prevent root rot? I know with succulents you are supposed to let the soil dry out completely between waterings, but I had kinda thought with most other plants (depending on what plant it is, of course) the soil should stay moist (but never soaking unless you have a wetland plant) a couple inches below the surface! Is that right?? I'm a little confused!

Hey everyone! I know it’s probably bedtime for most of you but if you can take a quick moment and help me with my spider plant that would be great! The leaves are yellowing on both the spider plants in the pot and they’re both in direct, bright sunlight, I’ve been watering regularly. Could somebody help? The soil does hold water so it could be root rot?

Any tips on how to care for a Gasteria flow. I bought mine from Lowe’s and was told to water it any time it gets squishy. Is this correct? Also there is discoloration toward the bottom of the plant but I don’t think it’s rotted is this normal

Can anyone tell me what kind of plant this is? I just repotted it to a much smaller pot that is here. I had a gnat infestation and repotted all of my plants and this one had very very little to no roots. I used regular potting soil but haven’t watered yet. Was going to wait a few days as it may have been root rotted? The roots don’t look good but the plant looks fine. How do I get this beauty to root? Any tips or suggestion are so much appreciated!!

Is this supposed to look this stringy with skinny stem and tiny leaves? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance!

Is there any saving this? It definitely got root rotted and I was trying to save it and repot but the roots look awful. What should I do at this point? Thank you for any help. Please tell me it’s not a complete goner.

I repotted these two plants literally 2 weeks ago and instantly they need to be repotted again! The avocado was moved from water to soil so less confused by that, but the phyllostachya has been repotted now 3 times since April because she keeps doing this! Should I still repot them even though it’s so late in the year? Any advice!

Hello. Can anyone help identify what plant I have here? It was unmarked and I’m pretty clueless. Thanks!
