Okay y’all…. I need help FAST! 😩 this plant was in my bathroom and doing fine. A couple of weeks ago I thought oh let me move you outside to get more growth. (Should’ve moved in the spring) I think it got WAAAAY too much sun and is stressed out. I don’t know what to do though. I moved it back inside for now. Just don’t know what else to do.

I got a spider plant from a lady in my area. They started in water. I planted them in normal planting soil. Then when they were getting a bit over grown I split them and gave half to my sister and I kept the other half. Both slowly turned brown at the tips, but didn’t fully die. I ended up taking mine out of the dirt and cleaned it off and put it In the top of my fish tank. I saw a few videos saying that it is great for them. But both hers and mine are turning brown at the tips still. Mine has lessened in size since I put it in the water from mainly pulling dried leaves off before placing it In the water. They both get indirect light and mine has a plant light as well for the fishtank plants. I’m not sure what to do since they both live in different environments but still turn brown slowly..

Hi Everyone! I have a lemon tree that was just BUSTING with blooms and new growth. I had kept it watered, just right, at the same time every day without fail. One day I got a stomach bug and was in bed, but I forgot to have someone water my plants and we had a horrible scorching day, when we had been having nice mild sunny days up until then. It got completely fried and dried out!(As did all of my other plant babies!)and I was in an air-conditioned room so I did not realize how hot it was outside.
So I watered it gently and hoped it would be ok. I lamented to my husband about the situation, and, unbeknownst to me, he tried to “help” my plants by setting our sprinkler to get them along with the lawn. It was a nice thought, but he didn’t know that would constitute excessive overwatering.
To make everything even worse, the timer on our sprinkler failed and that water was on them ALL NIGHT LONG! When he told me that, I rushed out to see the damage. Most of my plants seemed ok, but my gorgeous lemon tree had lost MOST of its gorgeous, healthy leaves! There was also signs of insect damage which I’d never seen before. All of the blossoms look terrible, and I have a bad feeling the tiny lemons inside some of the blossoms will just fall off soon.
This particular plant is my BABY! Now I don’t know what to do. If I lose it completely I’ll be so devastated!! I was just about to repot it but now I know the ensuing shock will probably be the end of it, so I’m holding off for now.
Any advice on what to do with a truly scorched and then drown Meyer Lemon tree? Any help would be SO appreciated! Do I dare feed it? Or hold off until it recovers?(IF it recovers!)

How to treat scales on lime tree?? It had these on the bottom of the leaves and I scanned the AI and it came up as scales. I scraped them off all the leaves, what kind of insecticide should I use? Someone told me neem oil? I appreciate any advice!!

Hi all! I’ve had a bird of paradise for about 5 years and it’s had scale the whole time. I’ve repotted (with a rubbing alcohol root wash), undergo a regular regiment of removing scale with rubbing alcohol pads and spraying with neem oil and bonide. All the while, the scale keeps coming back but new shoots keep growing. Occasionally the scale will kill the smallest/lowest frond but another will typically sprout soon after. The scale is now starting to take a toll on my plant and the whole thing is leaning and needs support. Any recommendations? Is this a curable issue, or will my BoP forever live in plant quarantine? Will I forever live in an endless cycle of hope and disappointment!?

Hi! Does anyone know what’s going on with this violet? It belongs to my cousin and she’s had it in a window getting lots of afternoon sun. The soil is also slightly damp a few inches down, but definitely not wet. Is it just going dormant?
Thank you for your help!

HELP!!!
I believe this is an imperial green? It was gifted and the tag said ~assorted foliage~
I repotted it for the first time since it was gifted and it was pretty root bound and hydrophobic but is still producing new growth! I soaked it so I could repot it but it’s still super top heavy and falling over.
PLEASE HELP🙏🏻🫶🏻

Hello All!
I received some anthurium seeds in tree fern fiber. Should I just keep it moist and under a grow light until it sprouts?
Also, when it’s ready to transplant, what substrate should I use?
How do I remove the tiny plant from the tree fern fiber without damaging it?
Any tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated!

Hello everyone! I’ve run into an issue with a few of my plants (inch plant, pothos, umbrella tree) where I’ve repotted them into a bigger pot & just one to two months later they have roots poking out of the drainage holes already. Is there something I’m doing wrong?
