Hi everyone, need help with my white gardenia. She’s placed in 6+ hrs sun, receives good water amounts everyday, and continues to grow new small leaves. She’s also getting supplements once a week.
She’s also losing more leaves than what she grows and is just sticks.
Blooming season in my area seems to be around March, now i’m concerned she’s not going to recuperate before then
Any help and guidance is appreciated 🙂

New to plant care and am wondering if anyone has suggestions with what to do with this guy! It’s a hearty plant that has been around for decades over twenty years but is looking pretty wild and unruly these days!

Can anyone help me save this?
I think it might be a philodendron. It was in a hanging basket when given to me.
I want to trim it off and restart from the stem.
Is that possible?
New to this, so be nice 😅

had my fiddle out on my part shaded south porch all summer and barely any growth, maybe one or two leaves. haven’t seen a new leaf in months. i’ve tried repotting but then the pot is too big and it rots. tried more fertilizer or propagation boosts, still no new growth. have also tried notching to no success. just moved inside for winter and is set up on a grow light that i’ve also tried different lengths on, it’s acclimated okay but still isn’t growing. i’ve beheaded her a few times and each prop grew just fine and were sold off. what can i do?

Does anyone know what’s happening to my mint? the leaves look fine and there are even new leaves growing but the stems look dead so I can’t tell if this is normal. I was thinking it might be something seasonal but where I live there are no seasons so i’m confused.

Hi everyone any idea what these slight grey/black spots are on my adansonii? They weren’t there last night when I watered but then noticed them this morning TIA

How many pouches of beneficials do indeed like per plant? None of my plants are that large and I have around 100 but they are all close to each other for the most part. How many should I be getting, it’s for thrips!

Argh! I posted earlier today about noticing that the back of the leaves of my peacock plant were sticky. I checked my other plants and sure enough, my pin-stripe calathea had at least one mealy bug. It had sticky leaves, also. I repotted and hosed off the peacock and pin stripe calathea. I isolated all my calathea in the garage because they were near each other.
So I found one mealy bug on my favorite plant, a Thai constellation. I repotted the Thai and the deliciosa right next to it after showering them with a hose. My monstera deliciosa was two in the same pot. One wasn’t as healthy as the other so I tossed that one. The roots on the Thai and the remaining deliciosa both looked good.
I watered ALL my plants with arber insecticide. Is there anything else I should do? How soon should I treat them again with the arber insecticide? I’m hoping I caught it early enough to save most of my plants.
About a week ago I threw away a Dottie calathea that was in terrible shape. I thought it was because I had left the window open and it was too cold that night. Now I’m wondering if it was mealy bugs. I got two alocasia this week and while they’re mealy bug prone I don’t see any at all on them. I think it might have been the calathea, not them.

Help! I got this Venus fly trap about 2 1/2 months ago from a Home Depot. It looked pretty rough when I brought it home and it hasn’t gotten much better or worse. Does anyone have any helpful tips to improve its health?
Thank you
Chrissy
I am looking for advice on pot size for this Thai constellation. It’s growing sideways now in this 6 inch pot. Is this normal? Or do I need to put it in a bigger pot?🤗

My Zz plant has these little black flying insects not sure what they are and how to get right of it and now they are getting to my fiddle leaf plant as well. I moved her outside so my others indoor plants don’t get them too….HELP 😩!!

Help! I watered my indoor Thai Constellation and all these tiny roach looking things came up from the soil 😩 I applied systemic granules and grabbed a picture of one.
She has never been outside and I use a chunky soil mix. What are these bugs? And how did she acquire them?

Any input on how to save my shiveria rubber tree? I’ve had it for roughly a month. I have watered it once since I brought it home. This week I noticed leaves beginning to droop. Yesterday I checked the soil and it was very dry, so I watered it generously. I also noted spider mite webbing and sprayed down with Neem oil yesterday, and again today. It sits directly in my south facing windowsill in sunny CO, it is starting to get cooler here and I may have to move it back a foot or so from the window.

Kentia palm help!!
This has been happening to the soil, there are small flies of some kind, and piece by piece on stem goes neon yellow and dies. Also some of the tips are turning brown.
We’ve had this for 8 years and it just started doing it. Would love any help because we love this palm and want to see it flourish!!

Help! I got this monstera a month ago, it already had a yellowing leave on bottom and some sun burns… I repotted, and it got worse so I’ve decided to look at the root and sure enough the were rotting, most of them had to go, I’ve tried repotting again in tropical soil, but again it has very little roots, should I wait to see if it grows more roots or chop it up for propagation?? I’m at a loss.
