hey all! first time plant parent. i inherited this money tree along with a few other plants. my cat chewed on some of the leaves and i have mostly pruned those (though there’s at least one with some bites in it i couldn’t bring myself to cut 🥲) but what i’m wondering about is this yellow bit. i read that it was from overwatering so i moved it to a dryer place but it’s been probably over a week and these few leaves just keep yellowing. should i just prune them? there’s still new growth which i pictured so i know the plant isn’t doomed yet.

Help! something is eating my mint, it seems to be leaving something behind
Any suggestions to get rid of oxalis rust on my false shamrock?
Does anyone know what these little white bugs are on my Emerald Fern? Seen a few of them which I’ve removed, they seem to like this particular spot. Any help appreciated 🪴
My house plant is yellowing in the leaves AND they are turning brown and crispy on the ends of each leaf. I would like to know what to do to fix this. -Plant food? -More/less water -How often should I put it out side to get air and sun? ALSO I have mulch in my garage. Would this be okay to add to it? Idk if that would help. Should I add/change the soil that the planting is in? ONE MORE THING!! 🫠😂🌱🌱🪴🪴 Is it in the right sized planter? I am not sure how the roots work for this plant and don't know if it needs a bigger planter. Thank yall so much for all the feed back and information!! 😊😊🙏🏼 ✨✨🌱🪴🌱✨✨
Hi there i need some advice for my Rubber plant. I got her about 2 months ago from Home depot, i lifted her up to check on her roots and i found a huge earthworm and a snail with about 9 snail babies that i could find. I took them out, and i found a couple more snail babies since then, i don’t know what to do. She has been growing and is honestly doing really well, but i don’t know if i should clean her and repot her in new fresh unsnail soil since she has been growing so much.
Hey everyone! I got this Krausses Spike Moss a couple days back, I’m new to moss, and she wasn’t happy from the start. I’m not fully sure what the heck Walmart did to her to make her so unhappy, but I need help trying to fix her. Anything helps!
Hello Everyone! I noticed this yellowing stem (I think) on my queen anthurium. I can safely cut it off because the only leaf attached to it is dead, or dying. I was just wondering if I should cut it off, or if this stem is even an issue and I’m just seeing things. I’m not entirely sure what to do, so I’m looking for advice on how I could possibly go about this. The roots have no rot, and neither does any other parts of the stem. Not too sure where this came from. Thank you for any input in advance!!
Hopefully someone can help me out 😂: I’ve recently noticed white spots on my pothos leaf and the stem as well. From my inexperienced eye it looks moldy. Is that treatable?? Thanks in advance!!
Hey I got my mother the same type of roses that I have and we used the same potting mix but hers look like this and we both repotted them the same day. I added fertilizer to my mix though and I’m not sure if she might have. Mine is also in terracotta and hers is in a plastic pot, but both have drainage holes. She’s watered the plant twice since repotting it on Sunday because she thought it might’ve been a lack of water. Hers get a lot more sun than mine, so could it literally just be burnt leaves? I also technically bought it at a different location but same chain, so it may just be the care it received prior to being in our possession? I don’t know I guess I’m just looking to see if anyone knows what we should to to help this plant out 🤷🏻♀️
What is up with this tulip ?
these brown parts were in my monstera when i got it. should i cut the leaves off
I noticed these weird whitish gray bumps on my cactus, I thought it was some kind of pest or something caused by a pest, I picked a few off and they didn’t move but the photo looks quite like some kind of pest. But I have no idea what it is and how to treat it.
I want to know what bug this is and how I can get rid of it thank you. And the plant is a Chinese hibiscus.
I recently bought a little microscope to help me better identify certain pests on my plants. It’s not the best quality image, but does this look like a spider mite?
Lost cause? I reckon I missed a watering on my relatively new Calathea rosy and it’s freaked out. I’ve trimmed back some of the dying leaves to allow all energy to go to the one trying to come out of the centre stem and currently have it in a makeshift tupperware greenhouse to try and increase humidity. Swapped the soil from the nursery and checked the roots, they were darker than I thought but strong and not mushy, so I don’t think it’s been rot. Any advice is greatly appreciated. It’s been like this for ten days.
How do I save my aloe Vera? Currently watering it from bottom. Is this ok?
There’s life, just not sure how to repot. It was on clearance and I grabbed it to save but any opinions on what would work? Smaller pot, soil refresh, anything else they need?
On clearance and was infected, I’ve been isolating it and using neem oil. I’m pretty sure it’s thrips? Under the leaves. Any other suggestions, or how long to do this neem oil. Change soil? I had one before and it did not do well so I’m trying to everything the right way.
Found this coming out of the bottom of my birds nest snake plant today. The plant was gifted to us back in the fall and is still in the original container. Some type of fungus but does this mean my plant is toast? Help!
