My cat was eating my peace Lilly so I put her out on my screened in patio. Should I cut off the places he chomped on. I know they’re suppose to be toxic and he’s still alive and well.

My plant’s leaves keep turning yellow and shriveling up - he was really happy when i repotted him a month ago, he’s in bright indirect light right now, isn’t overwatered, any ideas??

Hey guys! My watermelon pepperomia has really been struggling, and i’m wondering if it has root rot. I checked the roots, but have no idea what root rot looks like. The roots are very thin and break incredibly easily. They also won’t take water. Can you tell if it seems to be root rot? Any helpful tips or is it beyond saving?

Hi guys, I just bought a pearls n jade pothos from my local Walmart and it has spiders and bugs in it! How would you guys recommend getting rid of them?

hii!! new plant mom here:) just got this golden pothos today and it's doing okay but i noticed some damaged browning leaves, planta says that it's probably due to dry air so i watered and misted but i was also wondering if i should cut off those browning leaves? thanks!!!!

Hi everyone! My Golden Pothos had been doing amazing since I’ve gotten it a couple months ago however recently it’s seemed to get droopy and a couple of leaves turned yellow. I used the feature on this app and saw that it could be a drainage issue so I’m on a treatment plan. I am going to change the potting mix but I’m not sure wether or not the type of pot is also an issue. I believe it’s ceramic but I know there’s a ton of different pots, should I change the pot as well please help!

Anyone have any clue what these white spots are all over?

I feel like I’m torturing this plant! I can’t get the watering straight. This is a pic of when we got this plant and as it is today. Any advise on how much and how often to water? She looks dry… I water her and the leaves turn yellow. Uggg!!

Can someone please tell me what these bugs are on my birds of paradise they seem to be affecting the growth as one of the new leaves has come out slightly weird, I’ve tried neem oil and everything but they seem to just keep coming back

What should I do about the brown spot on this leaf? Overall my rubber tree seems to be doing well and has new growth but one leaf has a brown spot!

Anyone know about pineapple plants?? Yesterday these were purplish/green. Today they are yellow and don’t look good. They have been outside all summer.

Helpppp. This is my favorite plant. Her leaves started yellowing about 3 weeks ago. Did some research and posted on here and the consensus was to repot. Did more research. She’s now repotted (for a week-ish now) in these little stones and water. I completely rinsed off the roots before I repotted, there was no root rot. I don’t know why everything is turning yellow.

Hi fellow plant people! I have a question about my potted loquat tree. I noticed these tiny “ants” crawling on it, and on closer observation, saw some aphids. It’s on a third floor balcony in Houston, TX facing south. Would the best plan of attack for the aphids be neem oil? Has anyone else had this same problem and have a good solution? Thanks for your help!

Hellos, me and my significant other have recently put this pepper plant in the ground about a week ago, the plant was completely healthy and green, overtime of having it in the ground it has started to develop white spots on the leaves, I have done some research and have gotten different results on what it could be such as a sunburn on the plant or a disease, and it seems as it’s spreading throughout does anyone have an idea on what this could be?

i got this creeping jenny almost a month ago. today i noticed the leaves turning light green/white? i assume it’s from lack of sunlight- the plant was previously placed on my dresser and it may have been a little too dark. i moved it next to the window just earlier today. is this just from lack of sun or maybe something else? i’m not very experienced in succulents.

I just reported my ficus last week and decided to put rocks on top because gnats tend to love her no matter how many times I repot, dry the roots out, etc. anyway, I just checked to see how the soil was doing and noticed this bright yellow mold. It actually was on my other ficus too but we had layered it with Spanish moss, so I thought it was that and removed the top layer. Any insights / tips on how to handle for this one?

Hi there! Cross posting this here: I received this bird’s nest plant as a gift and, while repotting her, noticed these small white insects. Can anyone tell me what they are and if they’re harmful? I’ve searched some and think they may be garden centipedes so I’m thinking I should probably clean off the root ball but I just wanted to be sure. Thanks!
