Sos! So when I got this beautiful plant it was thriving I had to repot it and have moved it around several different spots in my apartment. But the new leaves are coming in much lighter and they are flipped differently and I’m so unsure of what to do as well as spots on the older leaves. I will take any advice…
I am getting annoying tiny spiders and gnats in my indoor plants. What is a good non toxic pesticide I can use that won’t harm my kids or my plants
Do you guys know what happened to my Umbrella Tree? My friends said these are just old leaves and it’s the cycle of its life. But i’m just worried if there’s something else. Any response is appreciated.
Do you know what happened to my Monstera and how to cure this? This is how most of the leaves look like when I got them from the farm. The new leaves don’t look like this (the second picture).
I noticed small webs at the base of my leaves on my rubber tree plants. I’m assuming spider mites but haven’t found anything I can see with the naked eye. I showered the plants with cold water (front and back of leaves) and now they are quarantining. I bought neem oil today. Should I water the neem oil down to prevent plant damage or add soap to it like some say? Looking for the best option without causing damage to the plant! TIA ☺️
Help! I went on vacation for 2 weeks, just got back, & several of my plants really got hit hard even though I had people checking on them 🥹 Any hope for my rattlesnake plant? The third picture is her right before I left. Since I first got her, she’s been struggling.
Went on vacation for a week and came back to my new little fig leaf bud all dried up. Can this be saved? I watered it right when I got home and it looked to have droopy leaves.
Calling all of the wonderful rose experts! 🌸 I recently moved into a new home (central Oregon) and this potted rose plant was left behind, in its current condition. I believe it’s a rosa glauca bush, and I would be absolutely grateful for any suggestions to get her thriving again! (So far, I’ve only watered 2x and fertilized 1x, and have no information on current soil/repotting timeline, etc.) 🌸
Ignore the soil carnage but I’m repotting and what the heck is going on here! Idk to even tackle this, ive never seen this! Do i separate this or just replant it😳
My monstera deliciosa is infested with thrips 😭🥲 help how do I save it
Is it worth saving at this point? 😩😔 I want to. I guess the question is can I?
Does anyone have any tips on keeping squirrels out of your flowers? I’ve already tried sprinkling cayenne pepper in my plants, Irish spring soap pieces in them and around them. I’m NOT wanting to hurt the squirrels 🐿️ but I do want an effective way to keep them out and away from my plants :) lol I am desperate, I will take any advice I can get :) (we have a bird feeder and are scared that a fake owl is going to scare the birds off)
Newest decursiva leaf came out like this. Any thoughts?
Does this look like the stem is rotting? I’ve had this orchid for almost a year with no issues until now. I had this plant it the window and the browning side was facing towards the window so is it just sunburnt or something? It doesn’t feel mushy or anything.
Anyone know why the newest leaf on my BoP is coming in with this damage? :(
Does anyone know what happened to my poor Boom Boom? 😭 Her history: I got her from tik tok shop over a month ago, arriving with fungus gnats. She was isolated, treated with neem oil, and dried out a little (not too much for it to be harmful I think) between waterings. The infestation from my eyes is gone, but I have systemic granules on the way. Location: She is one foot away from a SW facing window, receiving indirect light. Soil: She’s in miracle grow houseplant potting mix, with about 20% perlite mixed in for extra drainage (miracle grow Ik has problems with being too moist). I wait to water her until 2 days after planta’s notification. I also have it on a small pebble tray for humidity.
Hi! Has anyone been experiencing this? Or know how to help? The leaves keep turning yellow and new leaves are brown and the trunk has some brown spots. Thanks for the help
My Hoya Kerri was under a grow light that was too close and the new leaves at the top are damaged. Should I remove them? It has been moved to a window.
I asked Planta AI for help but I don’t agree with the diagnosis (said lack of light). I have this corn plant (had it for 4 years), it’s been in the same location and was doing very well. I started noticing these yellow/red spots on some of the leaves. I water and fertilize on a schedule (and only water if needed). Is it a fungal problem? What should I do? Thanks!
