Does anyone know what’s wrong with my rubber plant? It just keeps declining. Is it too much sun? The soil is less than damp i don’t water it until the soil is dry.
Can someone help me with my pineapple! It’s been drooping ever more since January. I repotted it a couple weeks ago and found some root rot. I cut it off and put it into a nursery pot with better drainage and cactus soil. I also moved it to a window with direct light. To note it also has 3 shoots starting to come out from the bottom. Is it just time to start promoting their growth and let the big one die?
Hopefully someone can help out on this one.. My palm isn’t doing good at all. Little story.. A few weeks ago I decided to move her outside as I thought she would do better out there. I decided to move her back in and repotted her. Every since then she just has been so sick (expected due to the amount of changes) My first plant and it hasn’t been easy. Any thoughts on how to prevent the yellowing? I also notice some fonds are a change in texture very brittle. (I notice her soil is getting more dry quicker than usual) as well.
I have checked for spider mites, don’t have this plant in direct sun but enough I feel it needs, and don’t feel like im overwatering it… so what do you think is the issue with this leaf? I’m so sad and feel so lost because I can’t figure it out. It’s even more yellow today, it continues to spread. 😩
help?? got this nasturtium two weeks ago and just got back from a trip to brown spots. should i be worried / what should i do? i have them sitting outside but not in a ton of direct sun, so i don’t think it’s sunscald
What are these?? It’s not dirt bc I’m looking at one crawl around on the petal!! I looked at it because my flower which only bloomed last week of February is starting to die already! Last year it bloomed for 3 months straight! EDIT: I believe I found some on my alocasias as well which makes sense because even though they’ve been growing, either their leaves haven’t been as big or they have looked a little extra droopy/yellowing despite getting correct water, humidity and lighting requirements :( I’ve been stumped as to what’s been causing it and I think this is it 😭 are these the same pests or different?
Hey guys! My little plant isn’t doing so well, he was Decapitated when I was traveling. Any advice to keep growing it even from the broken piece? (I forgot the word my brain isn’t braining)
Does anyone know why my goldfish plant has these brown spots on the leaves? This happened before and I clipped off the leaves but I was wondering if there was another solution to this problem?
Please help my dear stripe calathea is very sick, but still alive!! We have her in the bathroom to have more humidity. Any advice you can give us would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
I need help with my pothos plant
What are these problems and what can I do to prevent them on my global green pothos?
PLEASE HELP! I do not know how to help my poinsettia!!!! She dropped 2 other leafs today! Her leaves are turning more yellow every single day. I have been misting her to raise the humidity! Please help me ➡️ help her! 🚨🚨
My ZZ plant has been growing like crazy. However! the new growths are leaning so far that they look like they’re gonna snap. should i just cut them or or provide some sorta support??
Please help!!! This is my third time asking and my research isn’t helping because everything I ready says under watering is the problem with my angel wings/ caldium. It was droopy and sad when I got home on Sunday and I gave it water, but it’s getting worse. I misted it yesterday and gave it a tiny bit more water today. Does it need filtered water? Is it too cold in my room, or is it just really drought sensitive. It also began developing brown spots and thin leaves (prob from cells dying). What should I do. Thanks SOO much to anyone that helps!! I love this plant:
Started to notice a gnat problem in my outdoor garden and my houseplants! I want to get on top of it ASAP. I ordered some sticky traps, but was wondering the best way to kill the larvae? Should I use neem oil? I heard that it works from some websites and that it doesn’t from others.
Please help! My baby’s still browning 😭 I think I’ve been doing everything right: put it in a part sun/part shade area, added an outer pot and rocks for drainage. Two days ago, I watered until water came out some of the holes. I haven’t checked her roots yet. When I went to drain out the water in the outer pot, nothing came out. Is that something to be concerned about? Dr. Planta says it’s due to a water imbalance and gives me vague advice on how to fix it. I would appreciate any help 🙏
Hi everyone, I’m looking to figure out what’s going on with my council tree (Ficus Altissima). I bought it in this condition and assumed it was no big deal. I ran it through the the Planta diagnosis camera and it thought it could be fungal rust. I looked up images online and found similar plants with edema, a symptom of overwatering. It was very wet when I bought it, so I’m inclined to believe that’s what it is. For people who have experience with this plant, what seems to be the most likely?
I ordered a monstera and just discovered it had either rust fungi or bacteria leaf spot. The plant is gone because every leaf was infected, but when repotting a week or so ago I mixed the original plant soil with the bag of mix that i have & it inevitably could have been mixed in with another plant or two that were also repotted. I know that rust can only effect a few certain species per type & the plants show no sign of infection yet nor were they very close to the monstera, but could it potentially spread to those plants through the mixed soil or does the fungi leave the soil as soon as it gets the chance to jump on the plant? Also am i better off scrapping my entire tub of soil or is it still good? & is there any way to treat it so i can be sure? Thank you!
Does anyone know what could cause these yellow/orange edges on my oxalis? It’s under a grow light and I water when it’s about half dry. The same thing happened around fall last year and I thought it was just dying back for winter, but these are the first leaves to sprout back up and they still have yellow edges.
