What’s wrong with my zz plant?
I have a neon pothos for about two months now and it’s starting to get brown tips on the leaves and the leaves are turning this pale yellow. She’s in a clear nursery pot and i don’t see any root rot and she’s not directly in the sun. Can someone give me some advice please
I love the idea of plants but clearly have no idea what I'm doing. My bf got me this money tree a few months back but the plant's really gone downhill! He looks terrible and keeps dropping leaves and the last one is barely hanging on. Is this plant too far gone or can I fix him? He is in a draining pot inside another pot.
Any suggestions on what to do? I repotted my peace lilies about a month ago and I’m still having issues.
What is happening to her 🥹😭 PLEASE help me thank you
What is this webbed ball, fuzzy kind of thing attached to my plant? Near new leaf. Plant is Siam Aurora. New to plants.. please help!
Can’t seem to figure out what has happened to “Shorty”. Grew healthy, strong main stem and green leaves. As the tomato’s started to grow, the leaves have turned yellowish and brown. Any advise would help 😉 Thank you in advance 🙏🏼
Meet Yikes, the saddest succulent on earth. I have taken over the care of the office foliage and I suspect Yikes’ biggest issue is a complete lack of drainage in his pot. Repotting a plant at an office job isn’t exactly easy so I’m thinking I might ask my boss to take Yikes home and repot him there, but I don’t have the sunlight for succulents at my house, and he’d therefore be in relatively low light from Thursday until Monday when I bring him back into the office. Any advice? How would you advise repotting a succulent in regular potting mix, since that’s what I have available?
Hello! So I typically saucer water my plants, but ants seem to gather in the saucer when the saucer dries. Google told me to spritz it with vinegar water, which helped a bit. Any tips? Thanks.
Hi friends, My Monstera Thai Con pushed out this new leaf in May and she still hasn’t unraveled yet. Is this normal? Any tips or tricks? I did put a humidifier by her a few weeks ago and I haven’t seen much of a difference yet. Thanks!
Hey! Ive had this swiss cheese plant for a while, propped in watter for months and she was thriving. After potting her, shes not doing to hot. Its been about a month since i moved her to soil. She lost a leaf, her other big leaf is dying and her smallest leaf died too. Whats going on??
My poor monstera has been through it all! Falling off a piano, mushrooms, spider mites, fungus gnats, and now more mushrooms! Why are they here and how do I get rid of them.
Can I save this? I was really excited about this one 🙈I think this has dried out too much in the frequent heatwaves we have had, the soil has been dry so I've been watering extra but now I have what I think are fungus gnats around the pot. I have ordered some sticky traps and larvae nematodes is there anything I should do in the meantime whilst I wait for delivery?
Does this polka dot plant stand a chance at survival? I knew nothing about it when I got it, put it in this jar with some rocks and called it good. Obviously, not good! After research, I’ve switched out soil with a mix of tropical soil and perlite, pea gravel at the bottom and it sits outside my bathroom which is roughly 50-65% humidity most of the time. It’s in a jar because I repurposed a candle holder but I’m thinking maybe in the future this won’t work. This plant has been so dramatic 😭
Wondering if anyone has suggestions other than give my Bird of paradise more water. It’s a rescue I found on the street years ago, repotted and handled pests. Then it lived in my apartments with only brief direct sunlight. I’ve moved from NY to NC and changed apartments so now I have a balcony that gets direct morning sunlight. I tried acclimating the Bird with placing it outside but out of direct light until the last week or so. The leaves are curling and the soil dries out quickly in this plastic pot and 90-100 degree heat. So the solution is just daily water? Is it possible to overwater in these kinds of summer conditions? There’s an overhang so rain doesn’t really reach it. Wondering if this looks like a need to repot? I believe I repotted it with new soil 1 or 2 years ago.
Anyone know why my chinese coin plant is doing this? My guess is maybe over watering but im not sure
can someone help me out here. i got this plant a few weeks ago. i believe it is a calathea medallion. i am constantly getting crispy leaves but i have her setup right next to a humidifier and we are still crispy. i am trying to get it acclimated but it seems to be getting worse. can someone explain to me what i need to do to stop
Hi! Back again for more help. I just did a huge repot of all of my plants a week ago after months of battling fungus gnats. Everything seems to be cleared up so I splurged and got a Polly and a few other and all looked well…I am checking everything today and I see this. Is this spider mites? I sure hope not but 😩
Hey, I bought this Moon Valley Pilea from TJ’s a month ago and i suspect it was already dealing with root rot, the leaves just keep browning and dropping , is there any salvaging? I tried letting her dry out thoroughly and sitting in my window but nothing seems to help
