New moth orchid is fading on me. I replanted to open pot using orchid specific bark charcoal etc Had it inside air conditioning and lower leaves yellow shriveled. Move to indirect sun on balcony And 2 more leaves gone. Its not happy and Im not sure what to do Followed 3 ice cube directions. Roots originally looked 90% fine. Now not sure its going to make it. Im in orlando i thought humidity would be better for it to be outside Any suggestions for me? Thank you

My geranium was recently infested with caterpillars. I think I removed them all but does anyone know if my plant will survive? They did a good job eating all the leaves and putting holes in all the stems.

What’s going on with my monstera? I separated and repotted it from the mother plant about 2 months ago. I’m watering it after the top few inches of the soil is dry, but it stayed drooping with no new growth. The other ones I’ve repotted have already bounced back and pushing out new leaves. My guess is, there’s not enough light since the only difference between this one and the others, is that this one is about 4ft from windows.

Should I cut the top sunflower off if it looks like this? It’s the biggest of all the flowers but looks like it’s past its prime

My philodendron Rogo Congo has weird damage to the leaves. I’m not sure if it’s a fungus. I know that it doesn’t have any pests. Has anyone else had this happen?

Hey y’all, I just got this half dead bonsai from Lowe’s and it’s been awhile since I’ve had one. What soil would be recommend and is their any important tips I should know. The soil is bone dry so I was going to go ahead and water if you think that would be okay to do till I get my soil.

I just recently (maybe 2 weeks+ ago) bought this Pothos plant from a small store and since I got it it has had little tiny flies in the bottom… I’m not sure if the roots are rotted or what, but I think the soil is a little moldy. I’m hoping that moving it outside for a bit will help it dry out a bit, but I wanted to see if anyone had a suggestion?

I guess I'm destined to not own "string of" plants. This Bananas was thriving. I let it get bone dry. Watered it (soil is damp not soggy) and now she's wilting. So basically never water them? Will she recover? Should I keep a grow light on her 24/7 so she dries out? Urg!!!

So I had posted a while ago that my strawberry plants leaves were turning brown and many people told me it was the age of the leaf since it was only the one stem and it was an old stem. But now the leaves of a newer stem are starting to turn and I don’t know what’s wrong. Planta refuses to tell me it’s anything but a fertilizer issue which I know is not true. Any help?

I just saw this on my JalapeƱo plant. Does anyone know what this could be? And should I prune this leaf?

Hello, first time reaching out… But I’ve had this silver dragon just shy of a year. He did great all the way until about 2-3 months ago. Unfortunately, we had spider mites and had to do some abrasive treatments— insecticides, systemic granules and frequent spraying with water. I, luckily, was able to get rid of the mites. But unfortunately since then, he has not recovered and continued to decline. Roots look perfect, they’re off-white and all intact. But everything on top is basically nonexistent, lol. Is he salvageable? Any advice is appreciated!

Is this good enough ā€œquarantineā€? This is my best option at the moment. Thanks everyone šŸ’š

I’m dreading the day I have my first outbreak… do you use anything for prevention of pests and other diseases? Or best to check plants frequently and only treat at the first sign of a problem?
