Sorry, Iâm pretty sure someone posted like the exact same thing, but I couldnât find the answers. My Monstera is yellowing two leaves at the bottom that have been there for a while and Iâm not sure if itâs bad or not. We just transplanted it into a larger pot, so maybe itâs the trauma, but I donât know. Anything helps, thank you!

Need help saving my dragon scale alocasia! It has mealy bugs so Iâve been treating it by dipping a q-tip into rubbing alcohol and dabbing onto the infected parts I see, but I canât seem to ever get rid of them fully. A couple of leaves are also dying and I donât know if itâs because of the bugs or the treatment Iâve been doing. I had a baby leaf coming but I treated it with some rubbing alcohol yesterday because I saw mealy bugs on it, but today it was going yellow and looked very limp so I just took it off the plant.
Hi everyone! Iâm a new plant person but itâs been a long time goal of mine and Iâm beating my low expectations for keeping things alive đ I am struggling with a gnat problem. It appears I have fruit flies or gnats that love living in my plants and keep coming back after my efforts to get rid of them. Any suggestions??
Does anyone know what might cause these spots on my Thai Constellation?
Watering my plants in the shower and noticing that my sedum burrito is dripping discolored water after I water it. Is this normal? I donât think itâs supposed to be clear, but yellow definitely doesnât seem usual
Does anyone know whatâs wrong with my succulent? The leaves are firm- itâs not dehydrated, and itâs the same color as when I got it. It was very uniformly positioned when I got it, not lopsided or leaves laying on each other.
Hello All, Plant: Croton Photos: before and After photos attached. Issue: The leaves pf the plant are drying and eventually falling. I am watering weekly once, keeping beside humidifier. Can someone help me saving this one!! Kindly let me know if I need to do something and save this. Thanks in advance.
Hi, weâve been away for a week and once back we found this beauty in very bad shape. The leaves are falling off at the slightest movement! I havenât given her more water as I know sheâs picky and Iâm not sure if this is a result of too much or too little? Any suggestions?
Help! These are on my outdoor mixed flower pot. Confined to one, just noticed today and sprayed with Arber insecticide. Of course, it rained an hour later. Iâll treat again when the rain passes tomorrow. Can anyone help ID these guys?
Need Help! I got a Peace lily, itâs my first one ever! sheâs not doing very well and im not sure why! She doesnât get much sun, is at least 10 feet from a window, and always indirect sunlight. i havenât moved her into the bigger pot that sheâs in (her nursery pot is sitting in it for now) because I read they prefer small pots that their roots can take up! please help! watered yesterday! also i did have her too close to a window before which is why the leaves are browned but now that sheâs moved, sheâs just not thriving⊠any help is greatly appreciated đ©”
Aglaonema isnât doing well after repotting. Iâm moving her inside and placing her near the humidifier but any other recommendations would be great. Should I trim the droopy leaves or wait for them to recover?
I bought these lotus seeds on Amazon the day before yesterday and today they appeared like this so fast wow đźđź

Hi! I would love some feedback on my Dracaena/Corn Plant. Iâm very new to plants and I donât want him to die. I got him (his name is Fred) 5 months ago and he was doing really great in his original pot in my bedroom right next to a window that I would leave open for him while i was at work during the day. I watered him lightly every 3-4 days and there were zero issues. - I now know that corn plants do NOT like that much water or sunlight but he did great! Until I moved him to my living room nearly 2 months ago. I moved him to the center of the room where there are more windows but he wasnât next to one like before. I noticed his soil was pretty wet so I held off on watering for longer than usual and then I noticed his leaves starting to darken. Thatâs when I got Planta and used the AI feature and tried researching as much as I could. I decided to repot him and his soil was WET at the bottom and I got a slightly bigger pot because I noticed his stalk was pushing the edge on his other one. I put him in a new pot with fresh dry soil and lots of drainage at the bottom and I gave him a week of no watering - only misting his leaves. I tried leaving him out on my balcony at night for some humidity but only at night to avoid too much sun. I switched to watering him once every other week and making sure his soil was dry before I did. I turned all the AC vents off in the nook of my apartment where he is and I crack the blinds during the day unless itâs rainy and then I leave them slightly open for him. NOTHING WORKS. He is getting worse every day and his leaves are turning dark brown and I want to save him. I attached some photos of him - his soil looks a little wet not because I just watered him yesterday and itâs brighter than usual because I wanted you guys to be able to see him lol Someone please help us!
Hello đ Can someone tell me if my poinsettia plant is still alive? And if it's still worth keeping? In the spring, it sprouted lots of green leaves, but in the summer, it turned like this. I've already sprayed it with insecticide and put it inside next to the window, but I don't know what else to do.
I think Iâm under watering my monstera. It hasnât put out any new growth in a long time. How much water do you think this bad boi needs? Itâs right in a northwest window corner and the pot is about 12â across and 18â deep. The soil ALWAY feels dry and registers as dry on a meter. I think because Iâve been afraid to overwater it, Iâve swung too far in the other direction. What say you, people of planta?
I got my Monstera Thai Constellation about a week ago, i repotted it because it was severely root bound, and it developed two brown areas on leaves that kept spreading. I cut off the area that was on the hole-y leaf. And pruned the other leaf off because it was not going to get any better. Should i be concerned about how i pruned it?
Is this normal for a lupine???
Hey Plant Fam, not sure what happened with the blue chalk stick (I think it was sun or water or both), but either way does she have any hope or is this the end of the line?
Anyone know why my plant has died? All the flowers are gone and there are white spots on the leaves. It is a Kalanchoe in its original pot (has drainage). Thanks!!!
