Hi! I need some help with my plant here please. For the last 1.5 months, the bottom leaves have been drooping and turning yellow. I’ve probably lost at least 10 leaves at this point. I have it under a grow light and started to make sure to let it dry out a bit more between waterings. However I’m confused if it’s a watering issue or maybe if it’s just dropping leaves to grow more because I have 4 new leaves currently growing. Any thoughts? Thanks! :)

Hello plant peeps! I was gifted this tiny 2” African Violet yesterday. She’s in rough shape. Her soil was severely hydrophobic. I gave her a good soak in room temperature water and trimmed off her dead leaves and flowers. Is there anything else I should do to help her grow?

I got this money tree at cvs and repotted it (took off the rubberband in the roots) and it’s been yellowing since two days ago. Idk what to do. It’s at the window and I stopped watering it.

Please help! What’s going on with my pothos! Her soil is damp and has good drainage. I don’t see any pests. Should I cut the leaves off that have the spots? Thanks for any advice!

I would like to officially enter for the worst infestation of mealybugs known to man contest. Not even going to attempt to save this guy, but thought I would share this monstrosity before he’s thrown away. Yes, all of those white dots are baby mealybugs…

Does anyone know anything about staghorn ferns? I have this guy in my greenhouse for winter, usually lives on a tree in my backyard in zone 9b. I’m wondering if this browning/curling is normal or if this is a reaction to cold temps? I think this is what it does naturally but feedback is appreciated. Also, anyone know what the brown spots are all about? TIA

What is this black stuff on my Crassula Ovata Variegated? Is it mold? It’s black on the outer circle and white inside. Is it fixable? 😢

My mini monstera has not grown a new leaf in months. The end seemed to die off and now it is just in this stagnant phase. I expected all the leaves to die but they are still thriving. What should I do? Thanks in advance!!

Help. I am not sure what is going on but my pilea is very brown on the stem. Soil is moist. Leaves are wilting and some yellow. For now, I am leaving it alone but any recommendations would be appreciated. It’s about 2 years old and I have been able to propagate in the past. I am tempted to cut above the brown stem and place in water and once roots start replant??? 😞 it also keeps shooting up whenever there is growth.

Got this Chinese money plant the other day and accidentally set her in front of my mini space heater while i gathered my supplies. Wasnt even thinking 🤦🏻‍♀️. Is it possible for her to survive? It looked like she almost had new growth before i scorched her. Was going to repot into something smaller and now im worried if i do, I’ll put her into a state of crazy shock. Any help is appreciated!

Hey everyone! I have this succulent that’s been spontaneously watered since being planted. It’s gotten really long and it’s seemingly alive but is there any hope for it? What can I do to save it?

Kimmery

Her leaves closest to the roots are graying. Almost looks mildew like but does not rub off. Have had her for 8 years, she has been in this spot on top of turtle aquarium for 6 yrs, never an issue. What is happening? Planta says overwatering but haven't changed routine and her soil is dry. Any help appreciated.

My Australian Finger Lime has had its first fruits this past summer (was just about 10 total). It has been pretty stagnant since, just slowly becoming more yellow and no new branch growth is visible. It got citrus tree fertilizer about 2 months ago and gets watered roughly once a week. Is this normal or is there something I can do to make it happier?

What bug is this? Found in my pothos. New to houseplant care so…is it just a roach or some plant related pest?

I’ve recently noticed that some leaves on my syngoniums are a little sticky in some places. I have recently started using a humidifier for four hours a day and these plants get the most moisture. I don’t see any unusual spots that are reminiscent of pests. What might it be? How can I help them?
