I have these two fiddle leaf figs and they’re both struggling a little bit. The smaller one has leaves that are very wilty and the rest fell off the other stem. The larger one was left with a friend and was underwatered for a bit, which I think is the cause of the crispy leaves. But I just spread to a new leaf, so I want to be sure. Any advice?

I got this beautiful Pink Nerve Plant, and I know they can be quite finicky. Does anyone know if these small white circles (2nd photo) are normal for it’s foliage? It doesn’t seem like fungi or pests, and everything else with the plant is fine. There’s new leaf growth as well (3rd photo.) Should I be worried or am I a helicopter plant parent? Lol
