Mealy bugs?? š¬
I was late by one or two days to water, my blood leaf. I watered her yesterday, and she usually perks right back up by now. She hadn't perked up any by this afternoon so I watered her again thinking that I didn't water her enough. What can I do?
Why is this happening to my sweet baby :(
The leaves on my ivy plant have dried up whilst iāve been away, although theyāre still green, is there any way or making it come back to life?
Got back from vacation and this little croton is being very dramatic after not having water for 2 weeks š¬any tips to revive him other than just water?? Itās been a week since I watered him again and he doesnāt seem to be getting better
Any tips for my sad looking droopy coleus? I also noticed some leaves are drying out and turning crispy not from the edges but from the middle.
Help! My boyfriend got me this Calla Lily plant and it doesnāt seem to be doing well. For context, it was in his trunk for a day or two before he gave it to me, so it didnāt get enough sunlight or water. Iāve had it for almost a few now and Iāve been going by the instructions in the app, but it still doesnāt seem to be doing well. What could be the issue? What am I doing wrong? P.S.: Iām a newbie and donāt know much about plants
i was gifted this monstera and i know nothing about them. I was gone for a week and the leaves have turned brown or are yellowing. Iām not sure what to do or anything. any advice would be awesome!!
my pothos is relatively healthy, however I noticed the new growths starting to brown and my soil going white. I read that repotting in winter is a bad idea as the plant can go into shock, but Iām not sure this soil is a health environment for the plant. Any suggestions would be very helpful!
Can someone please help me identify the issue with my pothos here? Iām starting to see such black spots on some leaves including on some new ones. What should I do?
Help!!!! I saved this gorgeous Peace Lily from the streets. It was super sad and so I repotted it and gave it water and it sprang to life. Over the winter its not loves the drop in temperature but itās still lovely and green. Itās been watered and fed. Its always been a little droopy since I found it but recently a few of the leaves has curled up!! Help? I really want to save this plant. The soil is moist (I use a soil regulator to check) but Iām unsure if itās over watering (no water out of the bottom/in pot) or whether it needs more light? Any tips greatly appreciated!
Hiya Planta Comunity!! So I was told that my BOP has crown rot but they didnāt say how to treat it. Does anyone know how to? Itās definitely not that bad but I donāt want my plant to die.
Hi my singonium variegate grows well but have problem with white lives, they dying, any thoughts? They good in some point getting brown tiny spots and getting drying
My monstera standleyana has this one leaf that is now browning. I received this propagated beauty from a friend. The two largest leaves were what we started with a few months back now. I have two new lovely white leaves coming in but the one that is now browning. Is it just time for the leaf to die off or could it be something else?
Hello all! Iāve had a calathea dottie now for about 3 months. I have noticed plant growth since I got it but the leaves keep curling and turning dark brown. I have a humidifier on in the day while itās light and turn it off when itās dark. The humidity in my room stays in the 50-60 range As far as I can tell I have done everything to stop this happening. I now have reminders on my phone to water her so that I have a more regular watering routine. The issue I think may be the problem is living in England, and it being winter at the moment, since I cannot keep my room a single temperature. I need the radiator on to keep my room at about 20-23 C, however that eats away at the humidity in my room because it drys out the air. At an estimate my room is just over 3x4m2 and has three massive windows that provide the plant with more than enough indirect but bright light. However because half my room is window, the insulation SHOCKING (photo below) Iām going to add in a photo of my plant, if anyone could give me some tips theyād be greatly appreciated! This calathea is my first plant and I had no idea what I was in for š (The last photo shows where my plant is positioned in my room)
Noticed this white stuff under my basil and mint leaves. Any tips or is it safe?
Hi community, I just realized new growth leaves of my fiddle leaf has tinny bugs on it. The new leaves has been discoloured for about couple weeks and hasnāt changed the color yet. I havenāt repotted it since I bought it because I was thinking it is big enough. I am watering it after measuring the moisture but nothing else. Can anyone advise me about the problems with the new leaves and bugs?
I bought this platinum mist peace lily about a month ago and when I got it the soil was soaked. So I avoided watering it for a few weeks. Less than a week after I brought it home the leaves started browning on the edges and the next week started yellowing. I tried moving it to a different room with more indirect light and it did not help. I discovered it had root rot and had to remove nearly 80% of the roots. I then resorted to putting them into water which kind of held it over but I gave away a few of them. I was told to put the remains ones I had all together into soil and water it very little. I used tropical mix but Iām worried that the pot I used is too big for the roots. The leaves are not all perked. Some are wilted. Some of them are starting to brown in the edges. Should I pot it down?
My bffs fiddle leaf fig got frozen overnight⦠it was left in a vehicleā¦. Will it survive? What shud she do to help it survive
