I was late by one or two days to water, my blood leaf. I watered her yesterday, and she usually perks right back up by now. She hadn't perked up any by this afternoon so I watered her again thinking that I didn't water her enough. What can I do?

Looks too big of a pot, maybe it’s rotting away sadly

That popped into my head, but before the day she was supposed to be watered. She was completely fine.

Let it dry and check the roots, then

I don’t know much about these plants, but maybe it needs something to lean on. For example, I put this stick in my succulent’s pot when it got too heavy for its own good

Sometimes you can set up for root rot if you let a plant get too dry so that roots become compromised, and then when you water roots aren’t healthy enough to take up water, potting substrate holds water longer than usual, then… root rot. I would avoid temptation to keep watering. Give tlc, cross your fingers, be patient.
