Not sure what is happening… is this a sign of over or under watering? They were put out in maybe a bit too much sun a few weeks ago but then took them inside for indirect light and soil seems moist/hydrated again (after a period of not watering enough). But it’s still getting worst 😞

Hello! I brought my houseplants outside for the first time and I’m seeing massive growth! They are just on my patio so they aren’t getting full direct sunlight.
Do I need to transition them back inside or when I’m ready can I just bring them in? I don’t want to shock them being back in AC. Thanks in advance!

Someone help me please!
Hello, I just started collecting plants last year in the summer and the other day I decided to get my first Caladium. Since I have got it, I notice it is very droopy.
Side note- I originally had this plant father away from the window then it is now but still got a good amount of sunlight. (It is also an east facing window.)
I was using the apps watering schedule when I first got this plant. That was until it started to get droopy. I assumed it needed some more water so I started watering it a bit more frequently but that doesn’t seem to be doing anything. The soil that it stays in keeps very moist and damp so I try to be aware of that when I am watering it. I have now put the plant in the east facing window as the app was persuading and telling me to. Again, this doesn’t seem to be working. The plant has been loosing color to its leaves and has continued to become more and more droopy. If anyone has any thought or ideas on what I can do help is greatly appreciated. Thanks! :D

Does anyone know why my French lavender plant is dying and how I can fix it?

This are my sunflowers which I was gifted about a month ago. They had an ant and fly infestation. I’ve tried spraying insect killer in the evening and this made the plant worse and didn’t really kill the ants/flys. I used one of the yellow sticky tabs and as you can see it’s done well but the plant is still struggling and some leaves on the stems are wilting. What can I do please?

I got 6 plants the other day, realized one had thrips when I got home. I gave them all several insecticidal baths and a repot then chopped the one with thrips down about an inch from the soil. The following day, another had spider mites so I chopped it as well. How long do I keep all the plants in jail?

hi, i’ve been having such a hard time growing my pothos and my monstera. i got the monstera (monstera adonsii) as a propagation last april and she thrived in water. i tried to pot her last summer and she got infested with fungus gnats. so back into water she went for the winter. i tried potting her again a couple weeks ago and her soil and the pothos got infested with soil mites, which i found out that they’re not bad but there were soooo many that it was a problem. my pothos lost all of his leaves except for one single baby leaf. i started a insecticide treatment and i left both of them outside yesterday afternoon and when i came back to check on them after a couple hours, the monstera was halfway out of her pot and her leaves ripped off. i pulled them both out of the soil and found that the pothos had severe root rot. i cut off the roots and now they’re both back in water. i’m literally about to give up, i’m trying to branch out and grow things that aren’t succulents but these two are giving me so much trouble. please help, will they survive?

Hey everyone!
My Birds Nest Fern has been struggling for awhile. The leaves are continually browning, and I’ve been trying to make sure I’m not over/under watering. I have the plant in a pot with drainage. Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated!

Any advice on why the leaves are turning yellow and curling at the edges? Roots look healthy and there’s new growth coming in. Thank you!

Hi there!! My Monstera Thai Constellation’s roots look funky. It doesn’t seem like rot since the plant is holding onto its leaves. But it almost looks like the roots are fuzzy. The newest leaf has these markings on it too. Any advice? Thank you!

I recently found out I have Fungus Gnats on my succulents. People have recommended misquote bits, but I’m not sure how to use them. Also are there any other ways to get rid of the gnats? Any advice is appreciated!!

I have a pepper plant outside in full sun for at least 5-6 hours in a pot. The plant is getting flowers, but the leaves are turning yellow. I really want to save this plant. Can someone help me? What could be the reason? There are no bugs, and I water only when the topsoil is dry.

I’m trying to save a coworker’s plant — she had it in a windowless office and just moved it to an area with part-sun. I trimmed a bunch of dead leaves and it has started sending out new shoots. But the big leaves are still browning and curling. Anyone know why? I’m not familiar with polka dot plants, which I believe this is.

Would love advice for my monstera. Thrips tried to take over but I think I caught it early. I believe most of them are gone now but noticed the crust on the bottom of this stem. Is this caused by pests or is this scale? Thank you!
