Dobby is a GOOD elf! Look at those 2 new leafs coming in!! Crazy how plants really “take-off” with growth after they secure themselves within the moss pole.. Yes, they are a lot of maintenance but it sure does pay off for you & your “climber”! ~ Not sure if your plants a climber? ~ Ask me!😁 or you could always google!
is this too much sun for my baby monstera? (south facing window)
My monstara seems to be doing worse since I transferred it to Lecca. It is in a plant watering string reservoir. I made the change approx 2 weeks ago. Leaves drooping and one leaf is turning yellowish . The last picture is before I made the switch to Lecca trying to have some roots grow

Hi guys! I just got this monstera about a week ago, it’s currently in water but does have a lot of new roots. The one leaf it has tho is yellowing on one side and turning brown on the other. Is it maybe time to be put into soil, moved to a different spot, or what could be causing this?
Hi everyone, I rescued this Monstera about a week ago. She’s healthy but very forward leaning, I believe the thick main stem is almost outside the rim of the pot and the whole plant tilts. I have stakes arriving tomorrow, but I’m wondering… should I just stake her as she is, or would it be better to repot and re centre her so she’s upright first? I’d love her to grow straighter with bigger leaves but still look full and lush. What would you do? Any recommendations for either method as well. How best to stake her without causing too much stress. Or tips on repoting and positioning. Thanks! 🪴 🫶 x
So incredibly excited for two new monstera babies! The left is a monstera Albo (Facebook find) and the right is a monstera White Monster (Ace Hardware) and was $20 after some coupons🥹 If anyone has suggestions/tips about either of these I’d love to hear them.
First post bare with me - I know this is bad but tell me if there is any saving my monstera with nice feed back lol. I received a monstera from one of my clients who was moving out of state and it was huge. I mean HUGE. and I had trouble getting it out of my car. So I left the plant in my car over night. Well it got below freezing that night and ended up giving my monstera frost bite. I had to cut off all of the leaves. And most of the roots were mushy. So I repotted her into a soil mixture of pearlite, orchid bark and regular house plant soil (after clipping mushy roots). I am very impatient and also nervous that I killed it completely but also not because it is still green and no foul smells….. Please help. • is it worth propagating or should I just leave it be?
Taken a top cutting From my Monstera Albo to propagate in water. It was the first time I’d chopped any of my plants. Hopefully I’ve done it right 🤞🏻
My monstera I got from Walmart a few months back is just growing like crazy 🥰 I wanted to show her off.
My Monstera has few new and healthy leaves but as you can see the old leaves are damaged and crispy ( that happened when I first bought it but now it is in recovery) I need advice as what to do with these crispy leaves, I was thinking to chop these leaves but want advice first. I want to have beautiful monstera with these nice leaves but want best way to make it beautiful without compromising its health. Any suggestions would help.

With that I've been struggling to find a good sturdy plant support for her and a sturdy but lighter pot. Any recommendations? thanks!

On my big monstera the new stem is turning yellow and I'm not sure why. Are repotted it in June 2025 because it was rootbound it was pushing out a new leaf at the time. It is not pushed out a new leaf since. It got rust fungus I treated it with copper fungicide and chopped off the old leaves and still nothing. I checked the roots It was a tiny bit of root rot cut those off a month ago put more chunky soil in it as well It's been in the same spot. Same light. I was using Alaska fish fertilizer, and liquid earthworm castings. I ran out of both months and months ago so I just was using liqui- dirt. That was great. Now I got more fish fertilizer and liquid earthworm castings and mix it all together in my water mix Alaska fish fertilizer, liquid earthworm castings, and liqui -dirt same portions I've always used without a problem only this time when I watered it a few days ago the stem turned yellow 😬🤦🏾♀️. That has never happened before. Ariel roots are growing like crazy though. I'm at a loss here. Any suggestions?

I got this adansonii mint back in january? And its just been downhill since 💀 im not sure what to do lol. Its actually 3 separate pieces and came in a pot almost twice the size of the one its in now, and i downsized when it started to brown a lot, thinking maybe the soil held too much water it couldnt properly get rid of. Its in 65%+ humidity under a grow light, and i water when the soil is dry. But its just been constantly browning, even before leaves unfurl, and 2 of the 3 pieces lost their only green leaves so i dont know if they are able to be saved 💀 any advice is appreciated lol
✨Update✨ The left picture was taken February 2nd, and the right is today! It looks like a new leaf is forming 😍
Hi!! This is my new baby Betsy and she clearly needs some support. I’m looking for advise on where I should put her support(s). It looks like she may be like 4-6 separate plants potted together with their backs all going in different directions? I could be wrong but I’ve added multiple photos. Is there a best spot I should ad the pole? Should I ad multiple? Or should I repot and separate them? Thanks guys!
