Finally Alberto has given me some inner fenestrations 😁🫶🏼

Tips of placement and support. I got this babe a couple years ago and it’s growing so much. I keep trying to prune the side that gets less light and propagate it but now she’s looking kind hmmm not balanced. I think she might need repotting soon and I was wondering how could I better support the grow of this monstera guiding it up. This window on the left gets direct sun light (facing north-east) in the morning and I’m scared that putting too close to the window will be too bright on summer and longer days and also close to the heater. 😢 Any suggestions from more experienced monstera humans?

This is Doodod (my two year old niece named him lol), my cutting from about two months ago… he finally got long enough roots to be upgraded to soil! SO excited to see how he turns out!

Meet Modesty my monstera… Any tips… prune? More support? Less support? Shes growing a bunch with a new grow light. You can see the leaflets coming up. My concern is supporting it/ trying to help it thrive like all of yours!! Thanks in advance :)

Lowe’s let me have this girl for $15! 😭 I snagged her so fast, she’s been #1 on my plant wishlist for a while now! I already have a monstera deliciosa, but I know these one’s can be more prone to root rot (+ sun scorching), I smelled her roots and I’m not getting any funky scent! She’s got a little browning on one leaf, am I right to think this may be a lighting and humidity issue?

I did a thing today! 😍 First picture is almost 2 months after I got her. December 21st 2025. Second picture was yesterday. Coco Coir poles were NOT sturdy not matter what I tried. 🙁 I’ve had to extend them, once a month, for these last 3 months because of how much she’s grown! And last is today. From a very wobbly situation, to on a Trellis. Can’t wait to let her grow and grow 🥲🥰

Hi, all! Need some opinions, just recently repotted my Monstera Thai yesterday. I was wondering if it’s okay for her back bone to be elevated from the soil as photo, as I can’t bring her down more cause most of her roots are in the front, and I spread them on the pot, hence why she’s like this. (Also gave her a better support.) 😅 Thank you!

I had a surge of bravery this morning (hoping it’s not stupidity). I pruned my monstera and working on propagating. It was large. I may have gotten dizzy 😵‍💫 The “mother plant” is shown below. It seems that the leaves are pointed in 2 directions. Do I continue cutting here to make it one-sided?

Am I past the point of no return, ya’ll? My monstera is getting so top-heavy; I wish I had put her on a moss pole early on. She’s gettin’ bigger than a house, and I know I’m gonna come home one of these days and find her tipped over on the ground begging for LifeAlert. What would be y'all's next step in care for this big girl?

My monstera has been sad and droopy all winter. It’s in a low light room but the grow light seemed to perk her up at first. I’m thinking that her pot might be too big? The soil seems to take a while to dry out.

Am I overwatering my rhaphidophora tetrasperma (mini monster)? She's been fine in the past, and I'm typically good with just watering when it feels right, but she's been getting a lot of yellow leaves lately, especially on the big ones 😢. I recently watered on like a 7 day interval since I went on vacation, should I space it out more? It's also winter and cold here, don't know if that changes anything 🪴

Separated my Albo on the weekend they were originally one plant that got chopped a couple months ago. The top cut had been living off the moss pole while the base was established in the substrate. Recently both pushed new leaves at the same time and started competing for space, so it was time to split them properly. The top now has its own pot and pole, and the base has been given its own pole to start climbing. Checked the tent today and was genuinely surprised the base has already thrown out a thick aerial root and anchored into the moss in just 4 days 😍 Super keen to see how this one develops now that it’s got its own space to climb.

We are starting to get inner fenestrations! Honestly the leaves grow a little to quick, and every leaf I have to carefully remove the sheath from the leaf so it doesn’t rot or deform each one… It keeps me busy!

After 1 .5 weeks submerging the aerial roots in water more have grown!!! I can’t believe how fast they sprouted in this short time period. What should my next step be? Wait for them to sprout more roots? Is it time to put the monstara back in soil ? There is only 1 leaf now.. I just Couldn’t save the other one unfortunately.
