Hello! I need a bit of advice please- firstly is this beauty a monstera?!? I bought her the other day from h&m as she was reduced and i didnât want them to throw her out. Secondly, it would appear she needs to be repotted as her soil is coming up and spilling over the pot line. Could i please have some advice on how best to repot her? I want to make sure she has the best chance at surviving! Thank youuuâșïž

Hi there!! Iâm just wondering what you guys use to help avoid transplant shock. Iâve got this one monstera deliciosa cutting that Iâve been propagating since probably may ish, and as you can see the roots are insanely beautiful. Itâs slowly starting to get too big for what I have it in and has another new leaf coming in (the second since propagating it) Iâd like to put it in soil soon but Iâm afraid of shocking the plant

Hi! I purchased this Monstera Albo cutting almost a week ago and am worried about the roots, does this look like root rot? There is an aerial root further up the stem so I am not sure the best way to propagate - any tips appreciated!

New plant mom here. I got my monstera for Christmas and so far Iâve watered it once and misted it once. Iâve noticed these spots on the leaves and those spots at the bottom. Not sure what it means any thoughts? Tips? Thanks in advance đ

Just got my first Monstera I have a wooden pole behind the direction of where the stems are growing. Should I tie them to the pole with a loose string?

hiii my thai con put out a half moon leaf recently and itâs a lot floppier than usual, does anyone know anything about this?

My Adansonii did a âfunâ little thing where her arm separated before Christmas. My hope is to eventually accumulate her back to a pot with the rest of the plant.
I know sheâs needs a bit more growth from her nodes, and the steps for her to move from water to soil. My curiosity is, how root bound do yall let your monkey mask get? The primary plants I have also are becoming root bound, âgrowing feetââ I live in a very cold region, and have radiator heat (e.g., they live on pebble trays đ ). Given the feral energy pre-holidays, is she giving me the heavy hint sheâs ready to be repotted? (I was hoping to combine her in the spring with another mature adansonii).
Any suggestions, or feedback welcomed.

Went on vacation and came home to a new leaf! I was worried my pot was too small for a new leaf. Thanks for my roommate to water Monster while I was away!!!

HELP! My monstera looks like itâs dying đą the leaves have started to go yellow and brown and no new leaves have grown in a long time. I follow the watering schedule on this app so I know itâs not to do with over or under watering. I also moved it to my bathroom to see if getting more humidity helped but itâs not worked. Any tips much appreciated! Thanks đ

I have a few monsteras and got a new one today! (I have a Thai Constellation on the way too!) Iâm very excited about it because the leaves are so big. I want the leaves to become much bigger on my monstera plants - any tips on promoting bigger leaf growth?

Itâs been two weeks since itâs been in a jar with lecas but Iâm not sure if I see any changes⊠I canât tell if my monstera is doing ok đą weird brown parts and tip of aerial roots peeling. Is it ok for me to cut the aerial roots? I donât think I can fit this in a pot with such long aerial roots.

Hello and happy new year!! âš my monstera is having a couple new growths that are yellow. Is this normal? No yellow big leaves though. Thanks in advance!!

Hey everybody, happy new year!
Iâm sadly having some issues with my Monstera. A month or so ago it was looking vibrant, lush and happy but a few weeks back Iâd seemingly overwatered it and itâs drainage pot it lived in was 1/4 full of water, oops. I took it out, let it drain for a few hours til the draining holes werenât as wet and popped it back in its pot.
Sadly itâs not bounced back yet. The leaves are super droopy, look damaged and have marks on them. the top layer of soil is fairly damp, roots are damp and thereâs no water in the drainage pot.
It lives in about 60-65% humidity but it is about 30ft from the humidifier and about 30ft from a wall of windows either south facing light (in a murky uk winter). The room temperature is a stable 18 degrees and I mist/water as per the app.
Could the marks on the leaves be disease? Low humidity? Overwatering? Not enough light? Etc
Many thanks,
Moriah
Hello - first time poster, new crazy plant lady so donât come for me if Iâm doing this all wrong LOL
I thought my monstera was actually dying until this summer/fall I had 3-4 new leaves! But it still looks sad to me. Why are my leaves growing down as opposed to fanning out? Also - Iâve seen things online say that air roots are bad and mean something, but wanted to check here first before Google.
Thank you in advance!

My monstera is thin & leggy should i propagate her or leave her alone? She also has these small white bugs in the soil that might be soil mites but I don't really know.

Hello everyone,
My monstera plant came from a big box store and is doing great except for when the cooler weather hit. I live in Las Vegas Nevada so it doesnât get that cold (most of the time). But between me moving to a new house, the sun dropping in the sky, the cooler air, and trying to find places to put plants inside as the sun moves and room permits my monstera plant is drooping and curling a bit. The roots started growing through the drainage holes before I moved but it was still growing so I didnât want to repot it during that time.
I think this is the best time to repot but I want to make sure.
And should I separate the plants since they are not all facing the same direction so that I can put a stake in for them to help them grow better?
Thank you for any help you can give. This is the first plant that has grown a good size, except for my aloe, which is really difficult to kill.
Thank you,
Catrina
