As much glee as I have felt watching my monstera deliciousa get absolutely massive, it has officially outgrown my home. It now spreads across my entire office window (about 5 feet across) and has roots out of the drainage hole. Since the plant was actually 2 plants in one pot, I decided to (painstakingly) separate the roots of the plant so that they could live in smaller pots in separate locations (-: here’s to hoping they tolerate the transition well and perhaps one day I’ll have enough space in a future home to justify putting them back together again!

Need some tips on how to repot my Monstera is big and I really would like to make her more steady. She also needs water so I will be trying to repot her today this will be the second time I do it. Should I use this new plant pot I bought with full drainage?
Any advice for me and my Swiss monstera, leaves grow but they don’t last. The vine is so empty and sad..

the only monstera i have 🤗 monstera adansonii i’m so proud of it after i found 2 mealy bugs on it over the wintertime. also don’t be fooled, he’s not living in LECA I had to use it to support him because he was falling over in the pot.. now he has grown towards the sun and can support himself ☀️
Okay, so now what???? There’s about 6 or 7 stems in this perlite propagation container, don’t really remember exact amount, but I just haven’t touched them for 2-3 months and now they are popping sprouts. Since these photos were taken, another has popped a leaf and one of these is working on a second. It’s happening so quickly. The stems are quite large and thick from a monstera I bought off someone local that didn’t want to deal with it anymore. It was badly root bound and I shocked it to death so tried to save what I could. The single leaf I got off of it is doing great in a mason jar with several roots growing. I just wondered what you all would do next here. Should I open it up and take them out? I don’t want to bother them if I shouldn’t. Obviously they haven’t all sprouted but where it’s happened so quickly it makes me wonder if they’re just right around the corner. So if I need not disturb them then I don’t want to, but if these need to be potted I want to make sure that gets done. Just wondering what yall would do basically. TIA
I recently repotted my monstera (from that small green pot to the white). It DEF NEEDED a deeper pot and more stability. The tallest leaf was reaching straight up before I repotted, and that new leaf was coming out …like backwards? Is something wrong?
What’s wrong with my monstera plant?
