Grabbed my first varigated Monstera at Lowes today for 25 dollars. Not sure what exact species it is, would love some guesses. I've never had one before so I would appreciate some suggestions on the best way to grow this. I want to grow it taller rather than too wide. It's currently about a foot and a half tall.
I have had my monstera for exactly a month - noticed these very small brown spots recently… should I be concerned or am I just being a paranoid plant mom lol
Just got her yesterday A few of her leaves are a bit brown and crunchy, I suspect sunburn but google says it could be one of 25,000 things. This is my first experience with Monstera any advice to fix her up? I’ll repot her tomorrow.
Hi friends! (semi) new to the plant world. Just bought my first monstera last night. she’s currently in my window and i have not repotted her yet. Couple of questions!! 1. Is this spot okay for her? 2. when should I repot & what soil should I use? 3. I want her to grow real leafy, key hacks? 4. and lastly, does she look ok!?
Would y’all recommend separating all of these or keeping them all together?

My monstera is doing well and I’m just not sure when I need to repot it. Do I wait until it’s all roots in the pot or is now a good time? Also, to moss poll or not to moss poll? I think I would like to get more of a taller look than a bushy look I’m just not sure how to do a moss poll and keep the plant strong and healthy.
I think my Monstera is very healthy. I’ve had it for eight months and I’ve gotten a bunch of new growth in that timeframe, but I just wanna make sure that it’s continues to stay strong it looks pretty. so what should I do for it
Are moss poles good for monsteras? I’ve seen plenty of people using them but plenty more not, I’m confused

Between my Aurea Variegated Monstera and my Half Moon Albo, I feel like I’m going crazy! At least the white on my Albo is slow to fade, but for some reason, every single time my Aurea Variegated Monstera grows a new leaf, the lime-colored areas start dying on the older leaves—not the darker variegated parts. This has been happening since I bought it, which is why all its remaining leaves are often only halves 😩. I’ve repotted it, fertilized it, given it more light, less light… it grows a new leaf, and the lime on the older leaves dies anyway. What’s going on? The second pic is my Lemon Lime Monstera that doesn't do this

Should I be worried about this brown stuff on some of my leaves? This one and another one are probably have the same amount. I have a couple others that look like they're just starting to get it. It appears to be the worst on the oldest leaves and the newer leaves appear fine.

I was at Publix getting some groceries and spotted a monstera tucked under some other plants and the table. I had to pull her out and see how she looked. She is ok… but the tag said Monstera Mint. I have wanted this one! It said $60 but I talked to the manager and got her 50% off. Had to share my find!
Hello Everyone! First timer here :) Any and all advice/tips welcome to help me keep my first baby alive and thriving! I live in AZ, moved from HI hence the choice of monstera! It’s a piece of home that brings me peace💚 I named her Juniper “Juni”! Shes currently in my bathroom where she’s got a big ole skylight (she’s off to the side, not completely under it). Hey guys I’m pretty new here so thought I’d share one of my Monstera Albo setups. It’s currently two separate plants growing in the same pot. The base plant is well rooted into the substrate, while the top plant has established itself into the moss pole and has been climbing nicely. Both plants have recently pushed new growth and are starting to compete for space, so I’ll likely separate them within the next week and give each plant its own pole and pot. The lower plant recently produced a clean half-moon, and the top growth is currently unfurling and looking pretty promising as well. Always keen to see what the next leaf brings with these. For those who’ve grown Albo for a while — would you separate them now or let them keep climbing together a bit longer? I’m leaning one way but curious what others would do.
