Should I cut these two yellow leaves off at the base or just be more careful about not over watering and hope they turn back green?

Is the dreaded ‘root rot’ on my Thai Con?? I’ve had her for about a month and started to get brown/yellow edges on her leaves. When I removed her from the nursery pot, it was a mixture of well draining soil with leca on the bottom.

Hi everyone! I’m here with questions about my monstera Adansonii again! I’m wondering when I should repot her. Lately she has lost 2 leaves in the past couple months and iv been pretty good about watering and I’m trying to debunk what could be the issue. I’m now wondering if she may want to be repotted? I got her February 10th of this year so I’m not sure if it’s too early but she is still in her nursery pot. Iv added pictures of her roots and pot etc. Any help would be fantastic! Thank you 🫶🏻 (She usually has a support of a small wooden paint brush because I dont own dowels that small but I took it out for pictures 😋)

Help! I just potted my monstera that I’ve propagated a while ago. How soon will I see new leaves and when can I start adding liquid fertilizer? It’s the first time I’ve done this so I’m very excited to see my plants grow!!

My friend gave me a cutting from her monstera. One of the leafs and stems were in bad shape so I cut it close to the node. Out of no where this thing sprouted! Is this a new leaf? Or a stem? Is it a good sign??

Ok guys, I need help! I JUST bought this mini monstera, aka my DREAM plant, havent even got out of the car yet, but its a bit droopy and has some discoloration. soil is pretty moist. What do I need to do to get this beautiful girl up and healthy again? P.s, watering and light tips or any tips at all would be greatly appretiated. Im new to the plant life and this is literally my dream plant and I’ll cry if she dies.
