Hi plant friends, I’m ISO of genius storage solutions! I’m going to attempt to reorganize my spare room this weekend, which is where I keep all my plant supplies, my propagations, and several plants, but also all my clothes & shoes. How do you store your substrates? Pots? Other random planty items? I haven’t posted photos of the room because it’s an embarrassing disaster right now. But any recommendations for storage systems are most welcome. The room is 12x12,’ to give you an idea of size. Photo of cat with plants for your viewing pleasure. 😸

One of my friends made me these super cool cryptids to protect and hang out in my plant shelf. I think they’re absolutely amazing and just the perfect birthday gift. Me and 3 of our friend group all have July birthdays so I got them some plants as I’m not as creative. Another friend got me a beautiful cauldron decorative pot that I moved my black velvet alocasia to. Idk how my friends know what I like better than I do but sheesh it’s amazing

All of my indoor plants (technically) all in one photo! Some of them are hidden by others but this is the main space. I have 4 hanging pots with 8 plants between them, 5 monstera and 2 alocasia taking in the standing light, then all my smaller plants on the shelf with our betta tank. Hoya and calathea behind the shelf on my gaming pc. We’ve created our own personal plant heaven and I can’t wait to see the difference next year!

This *used to be* the corner where I’d send my sad sacks to the graveyard BUT sad plant corner NO MORE 😍 golden hour is my absolute favorite time of day in this space (the kitties agree lol). It’s so warm and inviting! This is my small side setup in the NW corner of “the greenhouse” aka breezeway. Great for my indirect light loving babies!
