Picked up this Chinese evergreen at Walmart about a month ago. It has brown tips even on new growth I started watering with filtered water and adding fertilizer, but I’ve seen no improvement any tips?

Please help… I don’t know what I’m doing wrong 😭 she’s being watered every 5-7 days, and is about 10ft from the window but gets light, maybe not enough sun is the problem? She was gorgeous and full but now not doing well any suggestions?

Can someone tell me what this plant is and suggestions on how to care for it? It’s doing really good. It was tiny when it was given to me.
