My Chias started as some little seeds from 365 whole foods market then look at it now :) My little chia seedlings, I used a seaweed snack box to make its new home. I am growing them in my bedroom. Look at the plant below

I had been so good the last couple weeks refraining from buying more plants. Stopped at home depot, had some thai cons, which is rare for my store, lots of golden crocs, AND the first I've ever seen, they had a whole shelf of doc block michelle's...maybe 15 plants, should have taken a picture! They were some of the worst shape I've ever seen!! I dont think even 1 of them was decent. Price tag 94 and change. I asked if they were discounted...Nope! Not a penny! Dried, crumbled, droopy, torn leaves.. save-able? Absolutely! But not for 95 dollars in the horrid shape they are! 😮💨 I tried..BUT, I did come home with a Atabapoense that was screaming for a new home! She's so pretty! And a cute little Peperomia Hope cutting 😁 Ill try for a discount again next weekend 🙃

OK. I have had this plant in a self watering pot ,I had repotted it in the 2nd week of march, so this plant has been in this pot for seven months , I only water it every 4 to 5 weeks and it seems to be ok. Let's see how it goes for the next 12 months.
