Good morning, Planta residents!
It has taken me an entire three days to muster up the courage to share this post with y’all…
Friday morning my desk decided to buckle with 25+ plants sitting on top & let me tell you, it was #traumatizing seeing my children do backflips and summersaults over each other.. we will be retiring the gymnastics to Simone Biles and her alone.
After throwing myself a (very small) pity party, I began to treat damage, evicted a few tenants into smaller pots/cups, and attempted to repair my humidifier. Luckily, the kids walked away with battle wounds and scars only & I had zero casualties.
If you are on the fence about upgrading your current plant space, I hope this post serves as divine intervention.

Just got this gorgeous juniper bonsai a dream plant of mine! I was wondering if I can keep it under a grow light rather than outside? I’m pretty prone to pests where I stay.

This Hoya started from a cutting last spring just pushed out its first cluster of buds! I had always heard these plants take around 4 years to flower, but I guess I got lucky! It has grown SO much since I first planted the cuttings - see pics. Excited! 🌸
