About a month ago I posted about four plants that I ordered from Amazon- all that were extremely shocked and about dead. I cut all of their too gone leaves, hoping to keep watering and see new growth These two survived!! The calathea leaf and new leaf coming in are both new!! She’s doing great! The prayer plant hasn’t given me any new growth however this leaf has survived so I’m praying for good things!
Take a look at my rose calathea! Are these new shoots coming in or giant roots?? This baby has been through a lot :( Clearance section with burned leaves, me not realizing using tap water to mist was harmful (duh) And now beating spider mites If this is new growth I’m inclined to chop off some of the more brown leaves and give the new growth more of a fighting shot!
My acacia Jacqueline is pumping out new leaves. I planted it in my terrarium so it gets perfect. Humidity seems to be doing great.
Just wanted to share my small achievements! I went from not being able to keep a plastic plant alive 🤣🫣 to rescuing “dead” ferns and sprouting new growth to my Alocasias and growing bonsai from seeds!!! Thank you to all that helped me! All your advice, tips and support has been incredible! 🌱✨

Husband got me a Thai this afternoon he was soaking from the big box store so repotted him in a nice mix of perlite tropical soil with lava rock and some worm casing let’s go Orion!!!!
My birthday plant from my SIL! It is so pretty. Any advice on how to care for it. I’m new to the plant world and I have never seen this one but it is so pretty and I don’t want it to die. Thanks in advance!

Was repotting my African violet today, and found dis little bebe!!
My local plant shop had this beautiful, hard to find, moonshine snake plant listed in their weekly “plant purge” and I had to get her. 😍 I love the silver/green plants so hopefully she does well 🤍

Update: Turns out this is a Fishbone Prayer Plant, not a Peacock Plant. Appreciate all the kindness, support and knowledge of this group! My Peacock Plant is flowering! Did not know this was a thing! I was wondering what these tall stemmed jagged shoots were - they pop out these tiny, little yellow & white flowers😊
