Recently picked up this Hoya Curtisii from Lowe’s and this Bear’s Paw Cactus at Ott’s Exotic Plants. The Curtisii needed a little TLC. It was in too big of a pot with a lot of excess soil, but after downsizing the pot, added some better-draining soil, and removing any yellowed leaves, I’m really happy with the $16 find ☺️ ended up combining my little Curtisii with this big one 🤫 Feel free to turn this into a thread and share any new plants you’ve recently added to your collection 😊

Hi there! New plant owner here and have been doing research AFTER buying this guy only to find out they are drama queens and many say they are hard to keep alive. However, it has continued producing 2 leaves the past week so I think I’m doing something right! I’ve watered it with like 7 days between almost completely dry. I mist probably every day but it’s near an air vent so it dries out a little quicker. On a rock bed with water for extra humidity. East window with a lot of light but not direct light, the window has a frost on it. Any other problems to look out for or tips for this guy? Recommendations for new plant buys? What are your favorites? Thanks for your time love 💕🪴

Im in camp in pensylvania for a month, but I won’t let that stop me from growing my plants!! I so far have a tomato and a radish plant, but there are more coming! (Hot peppers, parsley, etc.) P.S. Anyone like my makeshift greenhouse from a water bottle? It keeps the moisture in! Meanwhile, back at home my radishes are almost ready to harvest. More updates coming soon!

Got this a while back and it gave me some variegated leaves?? I cut two off assuming there was a problem, but it keeps giving me so many more. No problems on bottom of leaves, just crazy colors!
