Miss Scarlett here is trying to push out another beautiful leaf and I’m just so excited she gave me a new leaf not too long ago so I’m loving the fact she is healthy enough to continuously give me leaves!! The leaf I’m pointing to is her newest leaf and it’s just so nice 😊

My first bromeliad flower! And looks like there’s more to come. I had no idea it would be such a lovely violet color. Something sweet and beautiful while I go through heartbreak 🥲❤️🩹My partner of two years unexpectedly broke up with me, so the plant collection and I had to pick up our sorry pots and move back in with my mom last week. Feels bleak, but the plants are still growing and the flowers are still blooming. Guess I better take notes from them 🪴

Need some tips on spider plants…. Do you prune them? Mine are both massive and I can’t up their pot sizes anymore as they’re getting on the big side anyway. Any tips on how to keep them in check welcome 🤣 the one at the front of the pic is defo multiple plants…. Really don’t want to separate them off as really don’t have the space and don’t really know anyone that wants plants 😂

Root bound and when to repot. Is it a good idea to repot a plant with big leaves and little to no new roots into a smaller pot to promote root growth? Should I be saying goodbye to the leaves it has already? Will I have to? This is the plant in question. I took this picture a couple days ago but it’s pushing out new growth already so I know the new soil is helping that but will the smaller “pot” do the trick to promote more roots?

1 year progress of my lucky bamboo 😊 I propagated it from my parents’ bamboo that was outgrowing their kitchen, just chopped off the top of it and stuck it in some soil. I’m so happy that it’s grown a lot and is so healthy!
