I am trying to grow a snowdrop inside my flat. It appears dead. Should I carry on watering and feeding it??

Just got this beauty!! No worries, it won’t live on a cat tree lol I just took a picture on it before placing it by the window. I am in love with it!

Proud plant parent here. This summer when repotting my elephant ear I discovered 1 single corm. I have never tried to grow one but thought hey I'll give it a shot. 6 months later after living in a moist moss container it just magically appeared.
