Look at my babies! I haven’t seen my jade plant for over a month! I’m so glad my mom took great care of her! Her leaves are browning just a little bit but nothing to bad! Welcome to Planta!

Go Fiddle Leaf go! I can’t believe these are finally starting to open up about 3 months later. 🎉
Good evening, Planta residents! Some quick updates; After a long stressful day of studying, we went on (to no surprise to anyone) yet another plant adopting haul looking for cheap deals on “rare” finds. Today we were lucky enough to come across $20 Alocasia Baginda Silver Dragons at our local Home Depot so we decided to act fast. Moreover, we separated the sprouted corm from the younger plant and evicted it into fluval stratum as an experiment. Wish me luck, Alocasia aficionados. -thekintsugidav
She finally opened up her flower🥹
A new leaf on my prayer plant! I’m propagating it in water, and it’s got lots of roots — I wasn’t expecting a leaf! Time to get a pot for it.

HELP! 🆘 my joeppi has some sticky sap on the leaves and stems (they look like droplets). And it transferred over to my Florida Green & Paraiso Verde. I just treated all the plants shown there with a warm peppermint Castile soap bath, insect spray and fungal spray. Is it scales??? I see mix reviews on this issue online. Please help meeee!!! Thank you!

since some people are so butthurt over being wrong they delete comments, as plant owners we should always be cautious of the terms we are using to identify our plants. This plants nickname is “dumb cane” which is extremely offensive when you take the 2 seconds needed to google why it is called that. With the way the world revolves around us being chronically online, we all have the time and resources at our literal fingertips to research. So for those in this group that want to get so uptight over being uneducated, you’re literally on a plant app where numerous people constantly comment that, GOOGLE IS FREE. Some people seriously don’t understand that this app is for serious growers that don’t want to see childish comments and behavior. Stop posting nonsense when you don’t even take a second to think, “maybe i can easily find this answer on google” seriously people.
