Here’s my coleus that I got from my landlord on October 9th. She said it’s been that size for ever. She just had it sitting on an end table just hanging out and was worried a tenant would forget to water it and it would die. So she gave it to me to take care of. Here’s pictures: 1 from the day I got it on October 9th. One from November 18th minutes before getting repotted. And then today November 26th. She must really be enjoying her new soil mix and better draining pot lol I took today’s picture from the same exact angle as the photo before repotting just so you could see the change in 8 days.

Does anyone have any idea what plant these leaves are from? I got them as a gift, the ends are cut with no roots yet they somehow have not died and it’s been months. Also it’s growing tiny leaves on the bottom side of the large leaves.

Got this baby on a moss pole and she already putting out a new leaf. How gorgeous it is. Just in time for the holidays too. To think she came all the way from a rescue in a two inch pot with one leaf to the beauty she is today.

Definitely ready to be potted lol. I’ll probably do 2 pots. The Pothos I’ll wait a bit longer on.

I think this is a weepi g fig tree. I have had it for about 8 months. It’s not looking to good goi g into winter. I red that it might need to go dormant for winter?? Do I put it in a cool dark bedroom for the winter?

Oops….I did It Again…..or whatever she said. Anyways did some more repots this evening. My polka dot begonia was purchased from Facebook marketplace. She was planted directly in a white ceramic pot with a single drain hole. That’s always driven me crazy. Getting her out of the pot wasn’t fun and it was difficult getting the root ball through the opening of the pot as the bottom of the pot is wider than the opening and I wasn’t trying to disturb the roots too much. I had to dig her out with my fingers haha. And my corn plant was purchased at Menards weeks ago. . Sopping wet. Literally swimming. I didn’t really repot it, I removed her from that pot, reworked her original soil and placed her back in it. I soon realized her soil is just holding water. Planta would tell me to water and everything I check the soil I would skip the next couple waterings cause the soil is so wet. Also. This. Pot came with 2 corn plants. Anyways. I split them up and put them in smaller pots, even when they were together, the pot they came in felt too big. So in a way I gained another plant today haha.

Ok, I need help identifying a plant that Ive had for a few months now. This whole time I thought it was a blushing Philo. That’s what the pot said. And that’s what Planta told me when I scanned it a while ago. Another member had commented on another post of mine and said they didn’t believe it was a blushing Philo. So I looked and now I don’t think it’s either lol. I just rescanned it again in Planta and NOW it tells me it’s an elephant ear (mixed variety) I literally don’t know what I have lol which means I’m giving it the wrong care and is properly why im stuck at 3.5 leaves haha PLEASE HELPPPP. THANK YOU.
