tbh I didn’t think this plant was gonna make it because all the roots were mushy. I put it in my compost pile to die. Was mixing up my pile today and found him completely buried, growing new roots. I think it deserves to come back inside 🤣

My latest purchase is a Farfugium Japonicum, Tractor Seat plant, a.k.a. Leopard Plant. I love the big saucer size leaves. 😍 I was afraid it would not do well as a houseplant. I’ve already found out it needs a lot more moisture than expected. I keep it by the faucet to remind me as I water other plants. It can take cooler temperatures than tropical plants. It prefers bright shade. 🚜🪴
