got this sucker yesterday, hoping to move it into my college dorm, wish me luck!! I sure hope the dorm air doesn’t hurt it too much 😅. It’s my biggest plant so far (I’ve usually stuck to desk plants and small succulents), but I’ve heard that this plant variety is relatively easy to care for, so I’m not too worried! Let me know what you think of it (I rate it a 10/10 haha). Okay well I’ll LEAF you alone now, good day!

Aeschynanthus “aka”…Lipstick💄Plant. Having this plant since 2021. Eventually it struggled after a year or so, then I repotted twice in the last two years, and managed to get two plants out of one. Now the bigger one has finally managed to welcome me with its stunning “red lipstick” flower 💋

So happy with the regrowth on my rubber plant since I’ve planted back in soil… love how each new leaf is slightly bigger than the last 🥰

My new beautiful prayer plant I was taking pictures of and when I turned around to go inside she fell. I’m so sad! I scooped her all back up she’s looking a little rough but ok. Any tips on keeping them alive though are welcome. I’ve heard these plants are finicky.

I am so upset with myself!!! My money tree lives on our bedroom windowsill, this morning I opened the window and the pot caught on the window and it fell. Several of its branches broke so I had to trim them off. I know it will recover but I’m so disappointed. It had so much new growth coming. I did throw the trimmed pieces in water hoping they’d grow roots. Left is when I brought it home on July 6th and right is after the accident. 😖

Wanted to show a few of the plants I picked up from Ott’s Exotic Plants (not sponsored, lol. I wish 😂) They were all $7 each, and it’s always so much fun to go there. Highly recommend checking out if you live in the southeastern PA area. For anyone wondering what any of the plants are, they’re a Peperomia Obtusifolia with a marbled variegation, Peperomia Clusifolia ‘Red Margin’, and a Ficus Elastica Burgundy. Also for anyone looking for a Ficus Elastica, I was informed they’re getting another shipment of them this week 🫢
