Does anyone have any tips on keeping squirrels out of your flowers? I’ve already tried sprinkling cayenne pepper in my plants, Irish spring soap pieces in them and around them. I’m NOT wanting to hurt the squirrels 🐿️ but I do want an effective way to keep them out and away from my plants :) lol I am desperate, I will take any advice I can get :) (we have a bird feeder and are scared that a fake owl is going to scare the birds off)

I’ve never had a hawarthia bloom like this before!

Going on vacation at the end of the month but I’m sitting here thinking about a watering schedule for the friend taking care of the pets & plants… how do y’all do it? I’ll be gone for 2weeks and have a large variety (100+) Was thinking about putting the thirsty ones on the table for her and watering everything else b4 I go.

Just inherited my mother in laws 35 year old dieffenbachia. It moved from a south/east sunny spot where it never moved for 35 years, to my west window yesterday. I’m very nervous! In the winter I’m afraid this won’t be as sunny but it’s my only option for space reasons.

It’s misting day! They get a bit of light wind and sunshine for a bit today! FYI: this is something I never did before this app!

I also bought plant stands from Daddy Besos’ Online Emporium. Here’s one in my bedroom. Also sharing the shelf above the bathtub (there’s a frosted glass window in there), my handsome stag horn, and my trick for keeping the cats from eating my plants: birdcages! Oh, and my alocasia tried to die but I saved him and he’s got a new leaf coming in 🥰 This birdcaged plant is caged to increased the number of plants I can have on this stand LOL I have others that do keep plants safe— specifically my dragon trees. The cats can’t seem to get enough dragon tree! They’ve killed 4 already.

I’m fairly new to being a plant mom and I’m shocked at this babies growth!! She wasn’t doing too well so I invested in a grow light and this is 8 days difference in her new happy home 😍
