Hello, I have 2 phalenopsys but they leaves do not look well. Any suggestions? They also do. It hace root so, do you know any this that can help them grow roots?

Any tips for removing these two babies from the base of this vanda? I have some hanging plastic baskets on the way, the plan was to cut the original plastic one off to access the base, and repot all three of them.

Help! This is so embarrassing! Ive had this orchid for 3 years and each year it has come back after a stem cut. Well currently, my blooms have been solid(I’ve had 3 other beautiful blooms that have fallen already and now these current 2) but the leaves look HORRIBLE. Any advice? :/ one lead fell off the other day because it was so bad. I recently repotted it:/
