My spider plant has seed pods and I was just wondering how to propagate them. Do I wait until they are darker colored and do I have to let them dry out? If so, how do I do this?

Is it save to cut this a inch above soil for it to re-grow? This is an older photo and it is no longer yellowed. And can I plan the cut portion and will it grow back?

I attempted to propagate my friendship plant. The plant was totally fine until I added the new stem, and perhaps overwatered it because I’m a noob. Is this plant salvageable? I’m sad, I don’t want to be a plant killa. Any advice is appreciated

I had a big Echeveria that went through a fire. The outside leaves were very damaged so I pulled them off to propagate. The center was repotted and is doing great. I took the leaves I pulled off and put them on soil and have been regularly misting them. Some have developed small roots. Are these ready to be potted? Thanks for your help!

First year ever growing fruit or edible plants in general and I have little blueberries forming!!😀

My elephant ear plant has seen better days. It does really well and has a lot of new growth, then all but one or two leaves survive, but it always seems to come back so I keep hanging onto it hoping it’ll look pretty someday. 😂 So… 1. I was wondering if I’m able to bury the base of the plant more when repotting it to cover up the “ugly” where leaves have died off?? 2. What are your tips on helping it thrive?

How would I go about propagating this rubber plant? It’s so tall in such a small pot! Should I prune it and place in water?

Hi! I was given this very leggy ficus audrey that is not doing so hot. I’m planning on removing the dracaena in the same pot but was thinking about doing some aggressive pruning to “start fresh”. Would it be ok to chop off most of the branches & leaves or should I go with more notch method to encourage more growth on the existing branches? Thanks in advance!

Hi, first time propagation question! I’m propagating two baby rubber plant stem cuttings from the same mother plant. I started both at the same time. They’re in separate glass jars but sit next to each other and receive the same amount of light and water. It’s been 3 weeks now and only one of the cuttings is growing roots. Is this normal / is there anything I can do to help the other one out? Thanks so much 💚

Gwen, my Hoya cutting has been bathing in water (changed occasionally) for maybe 2 months now. Leaves are still strong and maintaining color, small white dots near the submerged leaf node…should there be more rooting at this point? What can I do to help her along?
