Ok so I’ve been propagating baby mother of thousands and I have two pots so they look ok I deal like the first one doesn’t look so good

My monstera is HUGE and I have no room to let it grow how it wants. My question is, is there anything special to propogating? From my understanding you just cut the branches at the base and throw em it water... that pretty much it? Thanks and much love✌️✌️❤️❤️

Hi this is my first time on this group. I have a quick question about butterfly bushes. How do you propagate them? I have two HUGE ones and need to cut them back asap as I live in southern New Hampshire so they have just a few weeks left to do it. Thanks sooo much. Here’s what they looked like last season. Right now they are still without leaves and buds. Can I propagate cuttings or do I have to wait till they look like these pictures. Thanks

I am propagating a heart leaf philodendron. Is there anything special I need to do or just stick the roots in water & wait?

❔ First time propagating - I repotted two of my Pothos and decided to propagate a few pieces that I accidentally broke off 😬 I put them in a little jar of water. We'll see how they do. I hear it takes a few weeks for roots to grow. Any tips here? Also, I have these two leaves from a succulent I have (Echeveria, I believe). Do you think these would propagate? If so, how can I do so? Thanks loves! 🫶

I really am loving all the new growth on my plants .. Some I have had difficulties but I’m so glad that has passed

Has anyone else had success in propagating a guniea fowl aloe plant from just the leaves?

Does anyone do swaps of cuttings if you have a lot of plants or send for $? Instead of buying from stores, try to keep it in the plant family lol

Any recommendations on how to better place this propogation that was given to me by a friend? its a little awkward

Is this normal when growing a pineapple top ? I’ve done 3 & they all do this so was wondering if this is just part of the process .

Hey folks! Fully over watered my SOP and now I'm trying to salvage it. It took the last of the healthy strands and I'm trying to propogate them. I have them laying on the substrate right now but I'm not sure what else to do to give them the best chance. Thoughts?

Where do the Pink Quill pups grow from? My Pink Quill recently started turning green after her last bloom, and I’m assuming pups should be growing. How long does it take for them to grow?

For people who are well versed with water props, I have been facing a recurrent issue. Everytime I deal with water propagations I encounter a whiteish fuzz and slimey substance surrounding areas of my plant (specifically around the roots and nodes). Sometimes it leads to rot. What are ways to combat it? Any tips would be helpful.

I am open to any advice some of the leaves are falling off.. I noticed while looking things up it could be from over crowding but I also just bought this gal a few days ago.. should I propagate? repot? As you can tell I put the leaves that fell off into a pot.. I think I’m doing this right?

I just pruned my large rose bush and didn’t realize that it was still alive. Looked dead. Anyway. How do I propagate the living branches for new bushes? Water? Root powder in soil?? Please help me.
