First time propagating a Pink Princess Philodendron. I’m wondering if these roots are ready to be potted into soil?

This will be my second successful propagation ! However I keep running into at least one of my tubes not going so great or doing anything? It looks like it’s drinking but nothing. Oh well! Super proud I got two pink nerves to root! My girl is definitely a drama queen but she’s bouncing back with new growth!

Hello all I was given this cutting (salvia hot lips) from my aunt and I’ve got it to the stage where I feel it’s ready to pot on but the plant is half way up a twig. When repotting it can I put the soil up to the plant or do I have to pot it at the existing soil level? It looks odd at the moment so would hope to improve its aesthetics! Thank you.

Decided to clean off my roots yesterday and noticed one of my strings had two nodes it looked like and it was almost similar to my other strings so I decided to repot her and try to get my smallest one to grow better maybe? The full view shot was before I took her apart
